Thank you to Dreamscape Media and to NetGalley for an ARC copy of this audiobook.

When I saw this book listed on NetGalley, I thought it looked like a good small-town romance. I had never read any books by this author, and I am always looking for new authors.

This book was a lot of fun. I really enjoyed the characters, and the story. This is book one in the series, but they can be read as standalone books, and I will definitely, check out the others.

I thought the narrator did a great job as well.

This small town, single mom, friends to lovers romance was such an enjoyable story! I loved Levi and Jane so much both as individuals and as a couple. These two had so much in common and their chemistry was off the charts!

Carly Robbins was fantastic as the narrator and I loved how she kept me engaged in the audiobook!

Loving You (The Donovans: Sweetbriar Ridge #1) was a great read by Samantha Chase. Levi Donovan never planned to stay in Sweetbriar Ridge but that all changed when the perfect woman fell into his arms. Jade Mackenzie is looking to win over the town and make her new shop successful. Levi is in the center of a scandal that costs him his job at a prestigious ad agency. This isn’t something he can just charm his way out of. He’s forced to return to his small hometown. When he meets the owner of the new coffeeshop, Jade, he starts to think this might be right where he needed to be. He will do anything to help her make her shop a success and that includes promoting her new business. She tries resisting him but he is persistent and good with her son. I enjoyed reading this book and can’t wait to read more by the author.

I loved the small town Sweetbrair. The small town drama included! Jade is a single mom doing her best to provide for her son with her coffee/book shop. It was a fun and sweet story! I’m not a big fan of third person povs but I did enjoy this one.

Small town, single mom, and accidentally finding love. This book is sweet and fun.

Jade is a small town single mom looking to win the town over to make her business a success. Then our city boy who is back in his home town Levi. Before he knows it he is invested in helping her small business grow and hopefully flourish.

These characters are sweet and you find yourself rooting for them throughout the entire book. Both Levi and Jade feel real and relatable and you feel their chemistry throughout the book. I think Jade's struggle to find her place and happily ever after is something that can resonate with all readers and this book does a good job of avoiding the cheesy factor that some other small town books can have.

What I love about Samantha's books is that even though they are a part of a series they can all be read as a standalone. You get the perks of references to characters you enjoyed reading about without feeling like you are missing key parts to the story. Anytime I see her name pop up on Libby or any other book service I always request or pick them up. Much like her other books this book is light and fun but still has enough realism and drama to move the book forward without losing its momentum. I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a small town romance with sweet and relatable characters. Thank you NetGalley for the opportunity to read this book!

Samantha Chase's Loving You is the first book in her new Sweetbriar Ridge series. Sweetbriar Ridge is a charming rural town with all the interesting characters Chase writes so well. I know we can count on many future stories from this world. This series is a Donovans spinnoff, but you can read all these books as standalones.

Jade is such a lovely character, I liked her instantly and wanted her to find her happily ever after. While I knew Levi wasn't a great choice for a long-term boyfriend, I had no doubt that Jade could play the long game and end up the winner.

Super sweet, and very enjoyable, Loving You is a win.

The audio is nicely performed by Carly Robins.

This was my first book by this author. I enjoyed this book for the most part and am definitely interested in reading more of her books, especially the future books in this series. I really liked Levi's sisters and am looking forward to seeing if their family can move on from the events in this book and heal together.

Levi and Jade were so good together. Their chemistry was evident from the start and I liked the natural progression of their relationship.

The only thing I didn't really care for was Jade's reaction to something closer to the end of the book, leading to a third act breakup. She was unnecessarily harsh when Levi was just trying to offer another perspective.

I listened to the audio version of this book, narrated by Carly Robins. She is one of my favorite narrators and I really enjoyed her performance in this book. She did a great job of giving each character a unique and distinctive voice.

Loved this story! How could you not ?! Levi reluctantly goes home after losing his job, while stopping in to the coffee shop, he catches the lovely single mom jade falling off the ladder .

Their romance is sweet and with that heat you expect from Samantha .

This was a great start to this series ! I both read this book and listened to the audio ! Carly Robins was the perfect narrator

Oh, I have been loving those Donovans! - I was thrilled to be selected for another Samantha Chase audiobook. The narration is so well done and the stories themselves have been excellent - Loving You is no exception! I loved getting to know Jade and Levi. It was so nice to have glimpses into the other Donovan's lives as well as learning new characters.
Loving You is a sweet, small town romance featuring a single mom and friend's brother. While the spice is behind closed doors, you can feel the connection and chemistry the MCs share!
Carly Robbins is a fantastic narrator - I just wish we had dual narrators for the dual POV!

Thank you to Dreamscape Media and NetGalley for this ALC

Samantha Chase never disappoints! Loving You is the first book in a new spin off series including more of the Donovans! I absolutely loved this story about Jade and Levi! It was also very fun to hear about how the other Donovans have been since finishing up their series.

Thank you NetGalley and Dreamscape Media for this audiobook. This is my honest voluntary review.

Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for my advanced audio of this book.

This is my first read from Samantha Chase and while this is part of a series, can be read as a stand alone. This is a sweet small town romance featuring Jade and Levi. While it is closed door, the chemistry between the two is instant and electrifying.

Highly recommend to romance fans

This was a sweet small town, single mum, friends brother romance. A easy and enjoyable story. Levi really grew on me as the book went on. The audio was also enjoyable. I like Carly Robins narration. I do however wish this was dual narrated but that is personal preference.

I love how Jade knows what she wants in her bookstore and is willing to go after it. She has great friends and a full life her son. Levi first appears as a know it all, but as time goes on he changes and realizes his home town has changed too.

Samantha Chase is an author I enjoy, and I was excited to see Loving You available on NetGalley. This is a heartwarming tale worth a read, and the narrator does a great job. This is the first book in the series, but can be read as a stand alone. Jade is a single mom who has faced her fair share of challenges. She has just moved to Sweet Briar to open her own store and build a life. Levi was a big shot at an ad agency until a scandal drove him back to his home town. While looking to get back into the advertising business, Levi starts to help some of the stores in the town, including Jade's. As they grow closer, the visions of the future they had for themselves start to change.
Thank you, NetGalley, for the copy of the audiobook. All opinions are my own. #SamanthaChase #LovingYou #NetGalley #DreamscapeMedia

Jade is a single mom opening her own book/ coffee shop in her hometown. She is doing everything she can for her dream and son to have a great life. But of course if your from a small town you know that's not always the easiest. There are going to be people to try to stop you and make you fail from past problems wanted or not.

Levi got out of the small town for a bigger and better life but when he's fired from his job and they made it impossible for him to get another job. So he goes home and stays until he can figure out what to do. He doesn't plan on staying but he starts helping the town market there business and started to finally fall in love with his home town.

Jade and Levi have fireworks from the 1st time they meet and the care they put into each other to not hurt each other and not hold each other back is pretty great to read. you are rooting for them to figure it out.

Thank you Netgalley for this audio Arc in exchange for my honest review.

Tropes:
Single mom/entrepreneur (owns a book store/coffee shop)

Small town

This book was okay. Not terrible but not great. Low on the spice.

🎧AUDIO🎧 & 📚STORY📚 Rating & Review: 4 SOLID STARS ON BOTH!

If you’re ever in the mood for a sweet and low angst read, Samantha is one of the best there is. Loving You showcased her voice and style perfectly. The romance journey between Levi & Jade was sweet & fun and the dramatics in the story were not directly caused by either one of them. They happened as kind of secondary plots that affected them personally, but not their journey. Yes, of course they had the proverbial conflict that always happens at the last minute that most of the time is ridiculous because it resolves itself in a blink, but the action/drama of the story was third-party shenanigans. You’re going to have to read the book to get more details on this! LOL

I got to experience this story via audiobook, which is not normally my cuppa when it’s only one narrator but Carly Robbins is very versatile with her voices and is growing on me more and more the more audiobooks I listen that she has narrated. However, it still makes me very #twitchy when a story has dual POV and only one narrator. The missed opportunity of bringing that character’s POV to life in a more genuine way just makes me grrrrrrrrrr *shrug*

Samantha Chase gives readers a fabulous introduction to the Sweetbriar Ridge Donovan’s.

Jade McKenzie is about to open a fantastic little bookstore coffee shop in her hometown. She is a single mom and is thrilled to be taking this step in her life. Having a place that’s all her own, and a way to provide for herself and her son. As thrilled as Jade is for the store to open, there are some people around town that would rather see her fail, then lend a helping hand.

Levi Donovan is living it up. He cannot be in a better place. He’s got the job, he’s got the girl and he’s living the lifestyle. Until the rug is swept out from underneath him. In about 30 seconds his whole life changed. Having a level of confidence with a nice dash of arrogance thrown in, Levi feels he’ll be able to get back up on his feet in no time. However, he soon realizes that he has to make some even bigger changes in his life.

Samantha Chase delivers a total winner with Loving You. This one truly ticked off all the boxes for me. You’ve got a small-town setting. You’ve got an interesting cast of characters. A very cozy and cool, small town, and a beautiful romance. It also helps that I am a total sucker for a single parent story. Levi and Jade are truly amazing together. I love the way they fought it till they couldn’t fight it anymore. I also enjoyed how deep the book got on several different levels. We have changes, a little bit of drama and two people that found their happily ever after. I very much look forward to seeing what comes next in Sweetbriar Ridge.

Levi Donavon did not expect to be fired from his prestigious marketing job and forced to move back home to his small town of Sweetbriar Ridge . He is shocked when he finds exactly what he needs - a coffee shops/bookstore that needs marketing help that his ideas won’t stop flowing for and + a way to get his family off his back for awhile . But how long can he be in this small town, spending all his time with this wonderful woman before he realizes it’s everything he wants .

Jade Mackenzie is a full time hard working, single mom who is trying to get her new coffee shop/book store up and running but the small town of Sweetbriar Ridge has other plans for her . You see Jade seems to be the only one in town that can let the past stay in the past . So when she literally falls into the opportunity to turn everything around, the only thing she has to worry about is making sure no one finds out + that her heart stays completely hers .

Levi + Jade are so perfectly matched for each other . Levi was also the most amazing guy to Silas right off the bat - which only makes you fall in love with him more . All of the small town drama, mixed with Levi’s family + Jade’s ex .. keeps you on your toes and makes the twists so much better ! I can’t wait to see where the rest of this series takes us in the perfect small town of Sweetbriar Ridge .

This is the first book in The Donovans: Sweetbriar Ridge series + it can be read as a complete standalone . It is the spin off series of The Donovans: Laurel Bay series .

This book was give to me for honest review by Valentine PR + Literary Management .
