**Before reading the review I wanted to note that there were some missing fleuron breaks throughout the book and would recommend going through and making sure those get added as some sections caused confusion with a shift in time but no break between the paragraphs. I will also be adding links to socials posts after I make them**

Holy guacamole, yes, yes, YES!

If you love the following, I think you’ll absolutely love this book:

✨ 90 Day Fiance Demon Edition (This is where I was hooked tbh)
✨ Forced proximity
✨ Fake dating
✨ Anxiety rep (handled extremely well for sensitive reading, thank you!)
✨ Dual POV
✨ PRAISE AND ADORATION
✨ SO MUCH MORE

That list can go on and on honestly. I laughed, I cried, I swooned, I threw my tablet. The emotions were heavy with this one, but I promise not to spoil anything!

There was so much I adored about this book but I want to start by saying I requested this book because I was hoping for something new. I’ve been reading a ton of rom coms and easy reads lately and I wanted to change it up with something fantasy based since that is pretty far off for me. I have a ton of sensitivities, so fantasies tend to be tough for me to read sometimes but this one was an absolute amazing introduction into the world for me. It felt like one of my favorite romances with a supernatural twist and I appreciated how the authors put these realms together. With the trigger warning at the beginning and the note about utilizing sensitivity reading I definitely felt so comfortable diving into this book and I ATE IT UP. I felt like I really related to Jace and his anxiety because it is exactly how I feel a lot of the time. I hurt so much for him but also rooted for him to learn when to take control.

The relationship between Desi, Jace, and Cannon was well thought out. I almost with this would have been a three person point of view just so I could see what was going on with Cannon (especially after the twist at the end). For awhile he felt like a background third wheel but he also played such an important role for our characters journey’s so I found myself wondering what was going on in his brain. I loved the idea of the reincarnated seven sins and we definitely need a book about each brother now and how they found their eternal partner. 10/10.

THANK YOU Netgalley for allowing me to read this in exchange for an honest review. It was just what I needed to find the courage to step out of my typical romcoms and explore a whole new world of books.

"She’s a little hurricane, leaving mayhem in her wake. But in the eye of her storm, there is a sweet moment of calm. She is the most beautiful chaos."

Desi, the demon princess of Sloth, has 90 days to find an eternal partner to rule her circle of hell with her. As luck would have it, she finds herself in a luxurious living situation in Denver with two handsome roommates, Jace and Cannon. Jace is uptight and cold, while Canon is flirtatious and easy going. Finding her perfect match in the human realm begins to feel like an impossible task... until she seriously starts to consider her roommates as possible candidates.

This story is so good. I loved many things about this book, including:
- The romance. It's slow burn, forced proximity/roommates, friends to lovers, fake dating, and second chance. There's lots of banter and tension. Despite the ups and downs, the FMC and MMC strive to maintain a healthy friendship. This book is spicy but it doesn't detract from the plot, which I always prefer.
- Mental health rep. The MMC has anxiety and it's a prominent part of his POV.
- Found family. Both between Desi and her roommates and Jace and Desi's family.
- The setting. I live in Denver so I imagined real places as I read which made me feel even more immersed in the story.
- The scene that follows the quote "Fuck it. I lied."
- Princes of chaos. We get a few glimpses of Desi's brothers and the banter is top tier. I hope this series expands with standalones about them and their eternal partners.

Thank you to the authors, Crystal J Johnson & Felicity Vaughn, and their publisher for this ARC!

I LOVED this book! It honestly blew my expectations.

The story follows Desi, a Demon princess, who has 90 days to find a suitable partner to marry. If she fails to find someone then her father, King of Demons, will choose someone for her. Desi wants to marry for love or at least marry someone of her choosing. She travels to the human realm with high hopes of finding true love.
I loved the dynamic between the characters. They each brought something amazing to the story and it was hard to not like them all instantly. The romance between Jace and Desi was steamy and romantic. Each interaction made their already instant chemistry even more electric.
I was surprised to find out Cannon's true identity. To be honest, I thought Desi was going to end up with him instead because of how close they were to getting married. It was a relief to find out that it was never going to work out for them in any way.
The ending was amazing! I am really glad that Jace and Desi got their happy ending. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants a captivating and steamy romance.

I didn’t expect a paranormal fantasy romcom when looking at this cover but that’s what I got, and I’m not mad about it. I really loved this! I didn’t want to put it down. The mutual pining and push and pull had me in a choke hold! The spice was so good. The banter had me laughing out loud. There were a couple scenes in this book that will absolutely live rent free in my head. I also really appreciated the anxiety rep in this book.

The ending felt a bit rushed and I’d have loved a few more pages dedicated to that part, and certain characters. I think that would have made it more impactful.

This book has some dark moments but overall, this book is a cute ball of chaos. There is chemistry, banter, and tension which is so good! Desi is a demon, who is destined to reign over a circle of hell, but first she needs to find love! This book is 90-day fiancé meets paranormal. The books have many tropes, fake dating, forced proximity, friends to lovers all paranormal. This book will keep you thoroughly entertained. I will be reading this book again and recommending to everyone.

I have never read any books by this Author and I was pleasantly surprised! I am giving the book 4 stars. The main female character has to wed within ga short period of time per her father, the king of demons but she wants to marry for love. She visits the human world looking for that true love and let’s just say, it is not easy! It is a romance with some spice and I truly enjoyed this read. I will be checking out other books by this Author as well.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

JACE MFing WILDER… I’ve never felt the reel that says “what are four words a girl wants to hear? I’m no longer fictional” more than I do right now for this man. A cinnamon roll MMC who’s a nerd and spicy? Sign me up. Take my money right meow!

And Desi…. You beautiful demon you. Never settling for anything but the best ❤️. For protecting the ones you love always. And knowing what to say to stop a spiral. You my queen are a little hurricane, the most beautiful chaos.

Okay but review time… when I tell you I cried during this book, I mean I full on cried like a baby. Happy. Sad. Angry. All the tears you can think of BUT I would do it all over again, a million times over. Crystal and Felicity straight DELIVERED with this masterpiece! This would be the book I wish I could erase from my mind and read for the first time again. These ladies gave the spiciest scenes but also brought the plot that had me questioning things all over but wrapped it up in perfection at the end. I can’t say enough good things about Unleashing Chaos.

Please read notes from authors before diving in ❤️. Mental health matters always 🫶🏼.

A story about a paranormal romance, that gives off 90 day finance vibes? Sign me up! This book was a great slow burn romance, that had a little spice. Desi and Jace, were likeable characters, and I enjoyed their banter. I really liked Jace as a character, I was able to relate to him, as I also have anxiety. Something I really loved was how the 7 sins were a part of the story. Overall, this was a fun and enjoyable read, and I would recommend it to any fans of paranormal romance.

Thank you NetGalley and Wattpad books for the ARC!

I thought this book was really good, I liked the premise of it. The reason for the 4 stars is just because I personally could not connect with the characters and that is an important part to me when I’m reading. Other than that I would recommend this one to many because it was a really good read!

Good Plot! Love the beginning of the book but I didn't like different MMC involved but was overall good

2.5/5 stars.
This book was ok for me, I think the idea had a lot of potential but some of it fell a little flat.
The spice was good, and I did like that the characters actually discussed their feelings with each other out in the open like real life people (I cannot stand the miscommunication trope)
I could have done without “plot twist” at the end, as I feel it didn’t really add anything of substance to the story.

I loved the banter between Desi & Jace. The book was amazing. I love a good grumpy/sunshine with a dash of fake dating. Especially when there is that one "f*ck it" moment.

Highly recommend.

Romcom readers who are fans of supernatural or paranormal romance and reality TV shows will probably like this book. Definitely a silly, fun escape book. I liked the concept and lots of hooky tropes to attract readers with. However, the writing was fairly flat and the characters felt more like caricatures than people to me. More young teen soap opera type drama, but not the enjoyable type that sucked me in. It’s partially personal preference. I think if some readers jive with the author’s style of writing, then it will be a fun read. I read a few chapters and decided that I didn’t want to read through the writing for the rest of the story.

The was a good book. It is a slow burn with a little spice. The end was a little boring though. It had likeable characters.

Super hot Desi finds herself in desperate need to find a husband and 90 days and does all the wrong things. This is a tale of a demon 90 day fiance lol and it’s full of hilarious friendly banter and then smoldering romance 🤤🌶️. This is classified as a fantasy romance novel, but the fantasy aspect is very low key until the very end when it kind of smacks you in the face and is a bit much, but overall I still enjoyed reading it and I loved the relationship building in this book it is so wholesome. I’d recommend this for anyone who like friends to lovers, forced proximity, and fake dating tropes! Thank you for the ARC read!

I loved this book! Desideria and Jace were really fun to read and the tropes were awesome! One bed, Dom energy, dirty nerdy, the banter. Needless to say it was stuffed ;P

Desi has been tasked by her father to find an “eternal partner” in 90 days. Desi has decided instead of taking a demon partner, she wants to find true love with a human. She ends up in Denver with 2 roommates Jace and Cannon. Desi has this low key, mellow vibe. But Jace has this type A, structured, perfectionist vibe. I think from right at the point of their meet cute, they are eachothers perfect opposite, though neither would admit that. Desi swears off her roommates as a potential partner but asks for their help in the process. Cannon is that 3rd wheel friend, who fits in with everyone, flirts and at the same time is never where you want him or need him. The 3 take on a little adventure so Desi can find her eternal partner and get back home to rule her own sin circle.

I really like how the 7 sins played a part in the storyline (other books in the future for the other sins?). I definitely got this “90 Day Fiancé” type of vibe, but with demons and angels. The premise was interesting and the story was a lot of fun.

Thank you NetGalley and Wattpad Books for a copy of this ARC. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I went into this read with very little context for what I got into, simply because I enjoy chaos. I was not disappointed. Desi is a demon, who is destined to reign over a circle of hell, but first she needs to find love. Well, at least someone she can tolerate spending an eternity with. None of the demons she met in the last 100 year caught her interest for long, so obviously she decides to look for love in the human realm. She winds up with two very attractive roommates and a whole lot of romance tropes to explore over the course of the book. There's a bit of fake dating, some forced proximity, grumpy and shine, all combined with nerd love, solid banter, and so much chemistry.

Solid, slightly chaotic read. Totally worth picking up!

This was a good read. I struggled with the flow in parts but found it overall enjoyable. It was a unique premise and the story kept me interested. I'm also a sucker for forced proximity so that helps.

Overall if you can overcome the some what patchy writing and focus on the story line and the characters and their development it was great and you'd enjoy it if you're a romantasy fan!

When I applied for this ARC, this book was advertising everything I liked in a book.
- Forced Proximity
- Mental Illness Rep
- Dual POV
- Paranormal, demon-involved romance
While the book did have everything listed above, I couldn’t bring myself to finish this book. I DNFed at chapter 15. The writing was not good enough for it to be able to read well continuously, and the editing was lacking. I also hated the FMC, Desideria, and I think it’s because she had almost no personality, or at least it didn’t come across strongly on page. She seemed to be very obedient and rolled over at the poke of a stick and didn’t have much of a backbone. I stayed until chapter fifteen because of Cannon. I felt like he was genuinely sweet towards Desi, and cared for her wellbeing. But in general, all the characters didn’t feel real to me and fell a bit flat.
The summary and tropes will be something future readers will look forward too, but I don’t think this book is quite there yet. Personally, I don’t think it’s ready to be published, as the editing and characters need so much work. I think it has potential, though, so I’m going to give this book a 2/5 stars.
Thank you so much to the author, publisher, and Netgalley for the ARC in exchange for an honest review!
