13 : One Woman's Sacred Journey to Discovering Her Greatest Power. This is an interesting and emotional biography about a time in the author's life when her world fell apart. It is the story of her inner journey to recovery and finding the person she was destined to become. Although I didn't relate to some of the book, it is vulnerable and honest, and the writing is very good and easy to read. Overall a good book that will be relevant to anyone negotiating change or difficult times in their life.
