The Friendship Club by Robyn Carr is a women’s fiction novel centered around four women from different age groups. This book centers around the relationships the women have with each other and in their own personal struggles and the strengths they find in their friendships. The writing is realistic touching on serious relationship issues while creating characters you can relate to.

Robyn Carr is such a great writer and this book was a page turner. A perfect read about women supporting women in difficult times. This story is both touching and realistic and did not disappoint.

Thank you to Harlequin and Netgalley for the advanced copy in exchange for an honest review.

The Friendship Club by Robyn Carr was a fantastic book! The author wrote a story that wrapped me up and made me feel like I was right there in the story.
Marni is woman who has a strong group of friends and family who are wonderful. The words flowed off the pages and held me to the end.
I connected with all the characters. It had a lot of things going on and each of their stories were woven into the story together perfectly.
I am hoping there will be more books so we can follow the characters along their journeys.
Thank you NetGalley, Robyn Carr and Harlequin Trade Publishing for the ARC of The Friendship Club. This is my personal review.
Publication date is January 23, 2024.

Four women who produce a cooking show rely on their strong relationship to survive what life throws at them. Marni, the celebrity chef, must stay focused to meet deadlines despite her daughter Bella’s difficult pregnancy, her neighbor Ellen’s new interests, and her suspicion that her production manager Sophie is involved in a abusive relationship.

Robyn Carr nails serious relationship issues on the head while still telling an entertaining storyline. Some parts were actually hard to read. Lots here for book discussion groups.

Thanks to NetGalley and Harlequin for an early copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

THE FRIENDSHIP CLUB⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5. Marni is a cable network famous chef of 2 decades. Her close knit circle of friends is her lifeline after her 2 marriages, one that left her a widow and one that ended in divorce. This book navigated through the relationships the women have with each other and in their own personal struggles and strengths. In true Robyn Carr form, you instantly want to keep reading to see where the story takes you. You can relate to the women, and feel like you even know them. This was another great read from Carr. My one issue was I’ve read 4 of Robyn Carrs series, (38 books in all), and I feel like this ending fell flat. I want to know more about these women!

This story is touching and realistic. Friendship, family and all the complexity of life come together in this beautiful gathering of women who work together, for each other and with each other. Men who both love them and men who hurt them in many different ways. I loved it all. I wish it hadn't ended. Pure beauty.

To begin with, I have to confess that I identify with Sophia as I was in an emotional and mentally abusive relationship. He would sit in my apartment waiting for me without access to a key and would send me endless texts about how horrible I am and so lucky I found him to save me. Women when they find their community are a true sisterhood and truly want the best for each other like Marni, Ellen, Natie and Bella. This book is a true testament to how important sisterhood is in all shapes and forms and why each other needs to be there. Yes,Ellen was skeptical with Mark but is it worth having a blank moment of life rather than one filled with happiness and love? Or Marni and Sam whom knew it was worth fighting for? Like the cooking, the dishes may be temporary but what evolves from it is forever.

The Friendship Club is an all grown up Robyn Carr women's fiction novel. Four women from different age groups are centered around Marni, a television/media chef. Over the course of the story these women find their true selves.
I mostly enjoyed this book although, in my reading tastes, the plot centered a bit too much on the psychology of stalking and gaslighting. My heart ached for Sophia and i can appreciate the caring towards her from Marni, Ellen and Bella.
Although it was easy for me to set this book aside and not rush to pick it up again I would give it 4 stars. I enjoy Robyn Carr's writing style..

Thank you to #NetGalley and #Harlequin for the opportunity to early read this book for giving a fair and honest review.

Generally, I love Robyn Carr's books however I found this one to be just okay. The characters were a little lackluster and I wasn't too interested in what happened. It was cute, but not her best work.

I enjoyed this wonderful Carr read about strong women friendships between all ages of women. The story is sweet and uplifting. A perfect escape read. Its about supporting our women friends and starting over in life at a certain age. The two middle age main characters befriend two other women who are also centered in the story. I like the theme of independent women supporting each other in difficult times. The characters are richly drawn to the story and all add to the story. Carr never disappoints.

Thank you to the publisher and to Net Galley for the opportunity.
My review opinions are my own.,

I loved this book. It's a book about friendship, finding love, navigating relationships and their challenges and supporting your friends. We have 2 middle aged women finding love when and where they least expect it; a mother-to-be dealing with the challenges of marriage and children; a young woman trying to get free of a toxic relationship and therapy to help her with the abuse. Her support group deals with all sorts of abuse that women are faced with. I couldn't put it down. Thank you to NetGalley for an ARC copy of this book.

This is such a heartwarming book about friendship and family. I devoured this book. I was turning the pages as fast as I could. The writing is terrific. The attention to detail in the descriptions had me feeling as though I was there experiencing everything with the group of friends. It was angsty at imes. It is a book full of heart. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced free copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own. I received a copy from the publisher through Net Galley.

Written by a favorite author, this novel with realistic characters moves quickly. Family and friends, along with romance and love, makes for a realistic story. Not sure if this is a series, but it would be a fun one. Friendship endures much. Changes abound. Secrets. I liked this book. It is a page turner. Sam might be one of my favorite characters. Thanks Netgalley.
