This book does have 5 minutes. More like 2 minute devotions. They are short sweet power up for the day. They are not intended, or so it seems, as your complete time with God. They intend to be more like a jump-start.
The have good topics and seems to jump all over with the topics.

I appreciated the practical aspect of only needing a few minutes a day to develop and nurture your relationship with God.

I have since passed this book on to my son, who will work through it day by day.
