An eager non-scientist to learn more about the universe, I inhaled Mike Ricksecker's TRAVELS THROUGH TIME with delight. While discussing higher mathematics and science, Ricksecker's clear prose and lighthearted approach kept me slogging through subjects I dreaded in formal education. I thoroughly enjoyed puzzling over questions it never occurred to me to ask, making me feel like that gape-mouthed child watching meteors streak across the August night sky.
