An inspirational book that I know I will return to many times. It is a reminder of many things I knew about myself and my journey in life. Seeking God as I travel in challenging moments knowing who I am and whose I am will encourage me daily.

I absolutely do not mind religion, but it is not the same as self-help or psychologically-based science. To promote a book about courage and confidence to be yourself and then add the "as long as you're close to the Holy Spirit" feels sneaky. Why do I have to be a part of a religion or be close to what Christians believe in order to be worthy of feeling courageous and confident?
