This is another great installment of Narwhal and Jelly! My girls are 8 and 4 and they both love this series and this book. They loved the characters, the silliness, and the illustrations. They also loved all the interesting facts. The puns made it especially fun for me to read. There was a lot to chat about while we were reading and we all had a big laugh at ending!

***Thank you Netgalley for the ARC***

This is the ultimate book for the kid who won’t brush their teeth, the effects broken down in a way kids can understand with some funny puns and hilarious drawings, a definite must have for the young readers!

Aww, that was the cutest!

I loved the illustrations and the cute little songs they came up with.

This would be a perfect book for kids learning the importance of caring for their teeth and then of course perfect for those kids who just love ocean animals!

We love Narwhal and Jelly in our house, and this newest book is SO cute! Narwhal's tusk is cracked and Jelly tries to help find a solution. Their adventure include some friends, lots of silliness, reminders about proper dental hygiene, and a sweet ending that encourages supporting friends and accepting yourself. I highly recommend this book and others in the series!

Thank you to Penguin Random House Canada for gifting me with an ARC to review! My kids (and I!) loved it.

Narwhal is always a delight. Definitely a fun character. This book was entertaining, adorable and a great addition to the collection.

Another incredible Narwhal & Jelly tale! This one seemed a bit focused on tooth brushing (whereas the others felt more organic to me) but that didn't stop me from absolutely loving this one. It has everything we've come to love from these characters -- humor, entertainment, real life lessons, and lots of fun. The part I loved the most was Jelly's realization that Narwhal never frowns and the discussion about how each of us expresses our emotions differently and that's okay. I can't wait to buy a physical copy to read time and time again. I can't recommend enough for the K-4 kids in your life and classrooms and libraries!

I work at a public library where young children have read and enjoyed all eight of the Narwhal and Jelly books and checked them out repeatedly. This ninth book in the graphic novel series is sure to please young fans of Ben Clanton’s books about two adorable undersea best friends. This one even has facts about dental hygiene in it. Any library serving young children will want the complete series of Narwhal and Jelly graphic novels.
