From the first page until the last I was totally surprised, shocked and at the edge of my seat! this thriller was a whirlwind it was a page turner and id def recommend it to others . this book almost let you think you knew what was going on but then dis a drastic 180! I loved it. this was a quick fast easy read! I loved the modern and up to date twists and turns especially surrounding online dating ! such and eye opener 4/5 stars!

This book feels like a 3.5 stars-ish(?) kind of read, but I’ll bump it to 4 just because it was a good time. The MC, Gwen, is completely ridiculous- so many times, she had me clutching my hair, screaming, “WTF would you even attempt that?!” Have mercy, this girl gave me some more gray hairs. Meanwhile, she’s trying SO HARD to solve this mystery, and every time she thinks she’s got it figured out, BOOM. No, she doesn’t. Sweetheart, let’s leave finding the serial killer to the pros, ‘cause you’re not it! Still, I had a blast reading this one- it was a lighthearted thriller that you couldn’t take too seriously. There were some funny moments, and a little taste of romance (just a smidgen). There were enough plot cards kept up the sleeve for later in the game to keep things interesting, and I didn’t expect the final twist. It’s not a masterpiece, but it was breezy enough to get me through the reading slump I’ve been in lately. Thanks to NetGalley and Simon & Schuster for the ARC copy of this novel (apparently a re-release with a new title? Was previously released under a different name by an indie publisher)! I enjoyed it.

Swiped is such a fun — and highly relatable — premise. It's the kind of book I should love, but I just couldn't stay with it. I picked it up and put it down so many times, which makes me sad because there are so many great things about it. The chemistry between the characters, the dialogue and the dates are all really well=written. While this wasn't a fit for me, I bet a lot of other thriller fans will love it.

Thank you NetGalley and Simon and Schuster for the ARC of Swiped, by L.M.Chilton. Gwen is just trying to find that perfect guy. She thought she had found him in her ex, Noah but that didn’t work out. So Gwen joins a dating site. After several dates she finds out that all the men she has seen were murdered. Gwen is a fun, easy going character and loves true crime podcasts and when these murders happen, she will stop at nothing to find out who the killer is. The author did a great job at adding humor in to this thriller and making it very enjoyable to read. Keep an eye out out for this release in May 2024.

A twisted and thrilling ride of cat and mouse and a thrilling plot. Thank you, NetGalley for this amazing read. It didn't disappoint.

I thought this was a fun, quirky thriller. Gwen was hilarious and very relatable in her efforts to start dating again. The secret that came out towards the end through me for a loop and the *killer*...I never even saw it coming.

I liked the premise of this one and I think the writing was ok, but the plot wasn't for me. I think a lot of people who like thrillers will enjoy this.
