This is one of the best books I’ve ever read on creativity and how to reclaim it if you feel stuck. As a writer I found this extremely helpful and insightful, but this could benefit anyone from artists, to designers, and obviously writers. I loved it and I’ll look forward to reading more from the author in the future.

I really enjoyed reading this book. It included some helpful tips, exercises and information about living a creative life. The interweaving of the authors own experiences, reinforces the material and adds to the reading experience. It's ends up not just being another self-help book but an actually quite entertaining read. I would recommend it to anybody working in any type of creative field, but think it'd be helpful for anybody. It's a great resource that you can turn to again and again.

The writing is deep and thoughtful and covers many topics that invite you to think wider and outside the box. As the author points out, Art is medicine, for ourselves, others and the world. It is a really good read, full of interesting ideas, prompts and thought processes to follow. Definitely a book to get you thinking and back on the path to creativity.
