My favorite part of this book is the portraits. They bring the interviews to life. It was interesting and informative to learn about different students across the country. I didn’t like the illustrations on some pages. They were distracting and took away from the interviews. The colors and shapes and some of the drawings just weren’t very appealing, visually to me. I think they should’ve just stuck with the portraits. Overall I would recommend this book.
