I’ve been trying to read it for a month, and it just not catching my attention right now. I am going to try and go back to it in a while

Rise Above the Story is an inspiring tale that reminds us that regardless of where we came from, we can go where we please. Karena teaches us that we can't ignore the shadows in the hall and must learn to real the trauma no matter how unfair that it is. We have the power to do so, and can empower ourselves to stand up out of the mud to reclaim our lives.
