Christmas With A Cowboy is a good fit for readers looking for a heartwarming story about love, attraction, and the spirit of the holiday season set in a rural ranching community.

This is a great romance that has some very well thought out characters and a great storyline. Avery McClain and her daughter Brenna are moving to Montana after her divorce. She is going to live in the cabin that she has inherited from her late uncle. She is very much embraced into the community. However two of the residents want her land. One is being very underhand and the other one, Judson, is extremely easy on the eye. There is an instant attraction between Avery and Judson but does he only want her for her land? This kept me hooked with just enough spice and drama. I found it easy to read and follow and loved the ending. Pam Mantovani is definitely an author I’ll be looking to read more from. Thank you to Netgalley and BelleBooks.Inc for the ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I enjoyed reading Christmas with a Cowboy. I thought the characters were interesting. The storyline kept me engaged and entertained. I was rooting for Avery and her little girl throughout the book to get the happiness they deserved.

Christmas with a Cowboy is a solid story and an ideal read for the holiday season.

I was in the Christmas spirit and was trying to find as many Christmas themed books to read during the season. As soon as I saw that this book involved a single mom and a cowboy I hit request for that ARC! This book was a quick and easy read for someone that doesn’t want something too heavy but still wants something festive with a little “dark” twist added into the mix. It was a little too fast paced for me which caught me a little off guard but considering how short the book actually is I shouldn’t be surprised. There were so many cute family moments between Judson, Avery, and Brenna that made up for it!

Christmas with a Cowboy...is just that, with a found family and a little criminal activity that happens (not from a mc) it's a really sweet book. Brenna is so adorable, I'm obsessed with her.

For sure buying the book when it comes out!

In my world, you never can go wrong with a hot Cowboy in the story. A hot cowboy within a Christmas setting is a double plus. I was very happy to be an ARC reader for this book. The cover was gorgeous and gave me warm holiday vibes.
Avery, the FMC, was very likable and easy to relate with. I liked her independence and personality. Brenna, her 3-year-old daughter is just cute. And then we have Judson, the hot cowboy…..now….this can go 2 ways; 1- “Ooohhhh, that is so sweet” (swoon)
or 2- “Wtf mate…doing sh*t without my permission and what the hell or you doing with my daughter!”
I decided to go with number 1 lol, but with some hesitations in the back of my brain. The independent woman (Avery) and the woman who accepted things without questioning them didn't fully get me. Anyways, reading on with my swoon mind. The world-building was great and it felt like I was there. I have a soft spot for small-town romance and this story didn't let me down. It had some spice, but it wasn't like whoa (which I didn't mind). It had a bit of drama but overall, it was a heartwarming story.
The story is sweet, cozy and loveable, but you have to look past certain actions and behaviours. Some of the storyline wasn't really believable, but who cares…its a Christmas-feel-good-book.

A cute semi steamy romance with a sexy cowboy.

Divorced single mom, uncles old cabin inherited, a little bit of drama along the way.

Enjoyed this overall.

This is a cheerful, happy Christmas book. So much feel good fluff, but still a solid and semi unpredictable story line. The characters were easy to fall in love with and the town described came right from a hallmark movie. It was a happy Christmas book that I would recommend.

the guy was WEIRD and too hyper-fixated on a kid he doesn't even know??? Also the feminism left the building in this one...

A wonderful western romance!

It’s the first time that I read a novel by Pam Mantovani! She didn’t disappoint me! ‘Christmas with a Cowboy’
tells the story of Avery with Brenna, her three-year-old daughter and Judson. It’s also set in a small town in Montana. A well-written and romantic story very described with likeable characters!

Avery just moved with her daughter to Montana to spend some quiet time at a cabin her uncle left her in heritage. Being new in town, she is welcomed by a cute rancher named Judson. Unfortunately, two ranchers want to buy her ranch to expand theirs. But one of them, is attracted to her. What will happen next? For Avery, things don’t go as planned! Will she sell or keep her ranch? Will Christmas’s spirit do its magic again? Will her first Christmas be magical and romantic??

I received an advance review copy for free from Bell Bridge Books and NetGalley and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Avery McClain inherits a little cabin in Montana and after a nasty divorce, a change of pace is just what she needs. She is determined to give her 3-year-old a classic country Christmas and then decide if she wants to sell or keep the property. Immediately after moving, her two neighbors try to win her over for their own agendas. They want the land, and apparently will do whatever it takes to get it.

Judson "females only have value if they can make my babies" Ford takes the route of befriending Avery's 3 year old which Avery swoons over because she always wanted her kid to have a good dad. This really bothered me because this grown man was really obsessed with holding this kid he doesn't even know any time he saw her, and wouldn't give her back to Avery even though Avery was clearly concerned but trying to be nice. Like maybe this seemed sweet in book form to some people but I think a single man being fixated with a kid he doesn't know in real life would be so creepy. He's so bitter that his now-deceased wife had her own hopes and dreams and didn't want to have kids, "how could she do that to me!!!"

Let's do a quick recap. Judson tries to schmooze this lady so she'll sell her his land, then he realizes hey! She's apparently a functional baby maker she can give me two things I want! Yikes on the play 'udson!

Were we just supposed to gloss over the fact that this man installed security cameras around her house- arranged the appointment without asking her, and gave himself access to them without ever telling her?

Like at first this was cute Christmas country vibes but it is hard to enjoy a romance story when the love interest is written as a predator that we're supposed to empathize with.

ARC given for honest review via Netgalley.

Wonderful story! Judson and Avery had a few ups and downs, but they definitely ended UP. Brenna was the sweetest and even the pup was a part of things. The whole crew including Hodge made it even more fun!

Christmas With a Cowboy by Pam Mantovani recounts the story of Avery McClain and her first few months living in the cabin in Montana she had inherited from her uncle. She had done the refurbishing long distance and she and her daughter, Brenna, were just arriving. It was as beautiful as she remembered. She couldn’t wait...until she discovered that several of the nearby ranchers wanted her land and it seemed like they would do anything to get it. Seven weeks into her adventure she ran into a cowboy named Judson Ford in the grocery story. Brenna immediately took to him and he seemed like a nice guy. He was beyond helpful with things at the cabin and when things started happening, he was right there to help, even arranging for security cameras to be installed. She was falling in love and she told her friend Londyn that she intended to sleep with him...a big step after her contentious divorce.

Avery was independent and competent. She was also beautiful and loving. The perfect match for Judson, who had been hurt before and carried some baggage. He made her heart melt with how gentle and kind he was with Brenna. He had been made to be a father. Her mistrust ran deep, though, and even a hint of betrayal sent her into a tailspin. This was more than a romance, it was an awakening of each of two people to how good a relationship could be, and building a life with another person. Avery now made friends, a new experience for her and she loved it. Brenna had fallen in love with Judson’s doggie and horsies and it looked like they may have a future. In a bizarre twist, all that changed. It was a well-written romance with sympathetic characters and a very appealing setting.

This was such a cute love story . It really brought out the meaning of the Christmas season . The love story between Avery and Judson really displays the meaning of unconditional love . The way that Judson adored Avery’s daughter really showed a lot about his character . If you are looking for an easy to read Christmas love story this is the book for you .

This was my first book by Pam Mantivani and I just loved it. I feel if you are a Jill Shalvis or Robyn Carr fan you will love hers as well.
After a horrible divorce Avery and her daughter move to Montana, to the cabin her late uncle left her.
Little did she know there were two ranchers fighting over buying her land that isn’t even for sale.

This book is a great novel for people who love small town, Christmas hallmark type books(which who doesn’t love them)

The story is short and fast-paced. It is a book with instant attraction between the main characters. Due to everything happening in such a short timeline, the characters actions felt too rushed and unrealistic (getting engaged only a month after meeting). From reading, I wasn't feeling the chemistry between them.

It is understandable that if someone is looking for a Meet-cute, fast-paced romance, with a Christmas setting, then this might be a book for them.

Some of the actions of the male main character were concerning (red flags), but due to the attraction that the main character felt for him, it was all forgiven. He was not the villain, but the male main character had creepy stalker characteristics.

Overall, this book was not for me, but if you like stories about:
- Divorced mothers
- Cowboy romance
- Christmas vibes
- Found family
- Small towns
- Horses
- Family reconciliation
Then you will find all that in this book

The synopsis sounded like the perfect Christmas read. Unfortunately, I couldn't get past a lot of the typos and the flow of the writing. DNF'd at 10%
