This is a thorough and excellent reference book. I work in help desk support for a law firm and will use this often to answer questions and troubleshoot our complex word documents. Microsoft Word Mastery (1, 2, & 3) is well written and organized. It is full of great features and uses within the program and is a good choice for beginners or intermediate level users who want to learn more about Word features.
