These characters hold such a special place in my heart and this book was a great end to the series. It beautifully ties up the stories of Lily, Lo, Rose, Connor, Daisy, and Ryke (the amazing Core Six) while offering a touching glimpse into their future as parents. The novel is filled with emotional depth, humor, and the same strong character dynamics that make the series so beloved. It definitely reads as an extending epilogue, in my option, but I still loved it. It's hard to say good-bye!

All I will say is that bidding farewell to Coballoway, so long to Raisy, and goodbye to Lilo is painful. I cried so much reading this book. Seeing the core sixes' growth from the first book is so incredibly emotional.
Thank you to you six for being there for me during the toughest moments of 2022. Thank you for being the friends I wish I had. Thank you for being the best fictional family ever.

All the emotional stars! The characters, the happy and sad tears I shed, and the heartfelt writing, I devoured this up and now I’m in the biggest book hangover.
*many thanks to Netgalley for the gifted copy for review

I thought this was very good and I will have to add this to the shop shelves. Thank you for the chance for us to review.

I LOVE THE CORE SIX WITH MY WHOLE HEART. KBR know how to write found family, and I wish I could live in this book.

I loved this book, it broke me but brought me back together! This series will forever have my heart.

This was a great epilog story to complete out this series. I was hooked and these characters and their stories since the first book and was really glad that the series evolved to focus on all the sisters and their relationships rather than staying completely focused on Lily and Lo. We get to see the core 6 of the group grow older, evolve and become parents. I didn't want it to end even though I knew that it had too. This was an awesome journey and I look forward to seeing what these authors come up with next.

This was an amazing read...I'm so glad I've have meet these incredible characters.
I want to say thank you to Krista and Becca Ritchie for this extended epilogue and for all the words they have written in this unforgettable series.
I can't wait to read the first spin-off :)

This is a true epilogue novel and can't be read without reading the prior books in the series. There isn't really a central plot, this is more of a series of vignettes that show the core six growing older, living their lives, and becoming parents. It's also the longest book in the series and I still never wanted it to end because I don't want to ever let go of these characters.
P.S. The new Berkley bonus scenes are absolutely perfect and everything I could have asked for. We get one from each sister's POV and get to see the core six being parents in especially memorable ways. Thanks to Berkley and Netgalley for my copy to review!

This book hooked me in from the first chapter. I loved the character development and how the story progressed.

There’s something I know about myself and it’s that without fail I always need closure. That’s why I always need an epilogue and this is the perfect epilogue to a great series.

Thank you to #berkleypub and #NetGalley for an advanced copy in exchange for an honest review

I love a good epilogue that lets the reader know just what happened to the characters the author made us fall in love with, especially with a long ten-book series. Some Kind of Perfect really does an amazing job of reminding this reader why I just really liked these unique characters and their world.
Reading ten books is an investment but it's an easy one to make when the stories are intriguing and the characters, compelling and sometimes frustrating, but they are characters a reader won't forget. From the first pages of the Addicted series and Lily and Lo, I've been addicted to them and the Calloway Sisters as well. This epilogue novel was absolutely terrific.
Some Kind of Perfect was the perfect way to end the series. It wraps this series up in a bow and doesn't disappoint.

ok - so after starting this, I realized it was the last book in a series that I have not read (not sure why I thought it was a standalone).
But I continued on to see if I could read this without reading the previous books. In a sense, yes, I could. Do I recommend it, absolutely not. You definitely need to read the previous books to truly value this one.
I will just leave my review at that. This was definitely a faux-paus on my part and will do my best to rectify by reading the other books and then re-reading this one.

Some Kind of Perfect by Krista Ritchie and Becca Ritchie is a captivating novel that has left me in awe. After finishing the last page, I find myself still trying to gather my thoughts and emotions. Over the past two days, I have immersed myself in the Addicted universe, experiencing a rollercoaster of emotions that ranged from laughter to internal fangirling, culminating in bittersweet tears. The Ritchie twins have truly gifted us with a remarkable conclusion to this series.

“These years have been epic, and not because it was easy—because it wasn’t always—but because you and me, we flew.”
Some Kind of Perfect is an epilogue novel that gives a heavy glimpse at the futures of our favorites Addicted series couples and the next generation. I absolutely adored getting to spend time with every single couple. LiLo, Coballoway, and Raisy come to life through each other’s perspectives. I think my favorite part of this book is that we truly get everyone’s POV. My favorite will always be how Lily and Loren see the world.
Absolutely beautiful. Wonderful writing as usual, and a great read. This was a re-read of the book, but it’s the Berkley edition which means it included some epic bonus content towards the end.
“And then we end—we end where we started. Just us. All six of us.”
^^ Which I feel is the perfect quote considering the three bonus scenes are just so full circle to each Calloway sister and the family they’ve found and built together. Such a bittersweet feeling to be sad that it's over but so happy I got to spend more time with some of my favorite fictional characters. Lots of tears. Lots of smiles. I will never forget these characters. Ever.

so INTENSELY perfect!!! never in my life do i want to say goodbye to the core six but if there is any way to do it, it'd be this way!! it was so beautiful watching all of them become parents, and I'm a connor cobalt stan before I'm even a human, but i enjoyed Lo's story line best in all of this! he's grown SO much from his addiction and he's such an AMAZING father and it was such a stark contrast from the first book. i hope the LIKE US series gets the berkley treatment because the core six kids deserve their moment in the spotlight, too!

I have loved the Addicted Series since it was indie-published in 2016. I've been following the authors on socials, listened to their podcasts on their Patreon, and had the opportunity to meet them twice. They are two of the sweetest people you will ever meet and they deserve everything they have achieved and more.
Some Kind of Perfect is a fantastic book because it is basically one giant epilogue in book form. Each chapter is a treat for Addicted fans and if I could beg them to write more snippets I would. What I wouldn't give for more chapters about Rose and Connor and their high school/ college days.
I cannot thank these authors enough for creating these characters and bringing this world into mine.
Let them write a million more books because I will buy them!!

The perfect epilogue and end to this series. I feel like I’ve grown up with these characters and it has meant so much to see one last glimpse of them living their lives.
This was everything I wanted for these characters and more. All the stars. All the love for these books.

this is the absolute best ending to such an amazing series. i felt as if i grew up with these characters and watching their growth has been amazing.

the absolute best finale for an epic series. so sad its all over!! i loved each couple and watching them grow!
