What a fun story, ending in a great cliffhanger leading to volume two which I can’t wait for! Cute illustrations and fun characters. The witches and vampires have been enemies and during negotiations for possible peace things go terribly wrong. The vampires demand black magic spells while claiming their blood was poisoned. Morgana a witch in training accidentally turns a vampire into a cat. While Morgana idea of searching for an ingredient for a potion to turn the vampire back, the vampires capture her just to reveal they’re suffering from an unexpected curse. Morgana escapes but finds Oz (the vampire turned cat) ill, and while looking for help she comes averts a cottage owned by a fellow witch. I can’t wait to see what happens next, I hope they all become friends or at least Morgana and Oz!

I loved this story so much and I’m really excited to see what is going to happen next. I think that Morgana is so precious and I like how she actually struggles with magic because it give this author a chance to let us see how she will improve as the series goes on. Also, I liked how Oz would encourage her even though they’re suppose to be enemies. It was interesting to see how the townspeople would look down on witches and Morgana still wouldn’t let that get her down. I can’t wait to see what happens in Volume Two.

In the midst of a witch vs vampire conflict, we meet Morgana, a young witch who hasn't controlled her magic yet, and Oz, a vampire that happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. During a moment of chaos, Oz is turned into a cat. Now Morgana and Oz are on the hunt to turn him back and to maybe save both their clans.

I loved the artwork, which has a airy and cute feel to it. The storyline is unique and lighthearted with a lot of funny moments. I'm excited to find out what happens in volume 2!

Review: While this is definitely a YA read, the world-building and characters make it appealing to everyone. The art style is very detailed and makes it very attractive to the reader. I would also say that the storyline is very interesting. You want to root for Morgana and Oz. The mystery of it all makes it fun. I would say that it is a cozy fantasy with a mystery. I would recommend it to those looking for a graphic novel that isn’t dark, but has an edge to it regarding a Romeo and Juliet type of situation with warring families.

The story line was interesting enough that I do plan to continue to see where it goes.
My main complaint wasn't about the book at all but the way the pages were watermarked (I know its to prevent the theft of the materials) but it did make it hard to read at times.

such a cute webtoon! I'm so glad this is being collected into a series.

I'm loving the romeo and juliet enemies to lovers vibe. I still think there's a 3rd party somewhere benefiting from their feud that we haven't seen yet.

This is a pretty cute YA-ish webtoon, though volume 1 is definitely a basic introduction to the world and story. I'm eager for the next one to come out to truly gage what type of story this is. So far, though, it's entertaining and the art is wonderful! No romance (yet?)

This was adorable- witches, vampires, a turf war, and a good mystery. I loved Morgana and Oz so much that I downloaded the Webtoons so that I'd have more of them! I am highly anticipating the physical release as well as sequels!

4.5 🌟 I absolutely loved this! Morgana’s character is so lovable, the story made me laugh out loud a couple of times. The illustrations are really well done and the characters are super cute. I really couldn’t put this down, and when I had to, I was so excited to pick it up the next time.

The ending did feel a bit abrupt, I wasn’t sure if I was missing something, but it definitely makes me excited to read volume 2. I must know what happens next!

Interesting premise that is well-executed in suspense and intrigue. Jesse and Oz are my favourite characters so far. Unanswered questions are abundant. Reasonably paced. Well-executed clichés. Flow of writing is easy to breeze through. Plain character designs but has vast environments. Overall, an average read.

Morgana, a witch still in training is a rebellious teenager, and lo and behold changes a being into a pet. Only the being is part of a powerful Vampire family and trouble is programmed.
An interesting graphic novel, ya, est. for 14-17 yrs, entertaining, well thought out, drawn and written.

It was cute, definitely a story for a younger audience than what I anticipated. It was a quick read but it felt a little off, not sure if it was the art style or the pacing but something just felt a little off when going through it.

I know graphic novels are quick reads, but when I say I couldn’t put this down, I truly couldn’t put it down. The art style is cute and engaging as well as the story being captivating. I cannot wait to read the next volume to find out what happens to Morgana and Oz. A special thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for approving my request to read the ARC.

Love Love Love!!! I am hooked!!! I finished this in one go and I must know more about these characters & where this is going! And who is this mysterious man we are left on a cliffhanger with??!!! The art was beautiful and so cute! I loved the dialog!! I can't wait to see Morgana & Oz fall in love because they simply must!! Highly Recommend & will be desperately waiting for more!!

This book was incredibly sweet. I loved the animation style and how the characters were designed and styled. For the first volume of a graphic novel I feel like this was a fantastic start, we are dropped into the middle of a diplomatic dispute between the vampires and witches. Both sides seem to be under the impression that the other side is sabotaging them which essentially sets us up for future volumes. The dialog flowed amazingly in this series and we got to see how the characters interacted with each other in a very fluid way that wasn’t at all awkward or stilted. I would rate this debut a 4/5 amazing start to a story, really interesting characters, and very cute and whimsical magic system

It has a really cute plot but the pacing is kind of all over the place. It feels like we aren't getting all of the details because a lot of it is rushed. I'd definitely want to read the next one, though.

Morgana is a witch and Oz is a vampire. Their families are enemies and at a truce dinner, things go awry. Ozs ends up as a cat and relations are worse than ever as Morgana tries to reverse the spell. This was an entertaining YA graphic novel that started our as a Webtoon. I look forward to reading more volumes, especially since this one ended a bit abruptly.

I might have unlocked a new interest of mine. This is genuinely so interesting that I NEED more now.

We are only now delving into the story, so the plot isn't 100% clear to me, but we are following Morgana, a witch, who accidentally turns Oz, a vampire into a cat. While there's a lot of animosity between the witches and the vampires, Morgana and Oz form an unlikely bond as the witch tries to lift the spell on the vampire.

I absolutely loved the two main characters, and I'm already so invested. I want to see their friendship develop more so badly.

Also, what is happening??? I love the mystery aspect, and I'm genuinely curious to see how everything will proceed.
