Currently reading: I think this book has a great storyline and is definitely a page-turner responsible for several late nights! I feel some of the language used is basic at times, but overall it is a very enjoyable book, with believable characters.

I enjoyed reading Justice's journal. It was an easy and interesting read.

It was detailed and easy to follow with the section on the court trial and jury service looking at it from a new reporting point of view and following the case for the local reporting paper. The description near the end of the court hearing and trial was detailed. After sitting in on my jury service it was really easy to read and understand each person's stance in the case. I would recommend it for a quick read.

Zero stars. I could not finish this book, I got half way through before I had to DNF. It felt like a book written by someone who wanted to be a white saviour. It was trying so hard to prove it wasn't racist that it felt inherently racist. Hopefully, I can bring myself to finish the book soon, but who knows.
