I'm new to NetGalley and was excited to see there is a reading journal that can be used by members. I like the layout and the contents, and everything looks really amazing. I like the suggestions on how to get started , activities and important links. I'm already using Goodreads to keep track of my reading and my reading goals, but now I'm really looking forward to using my NetGalley reading journal.

This is a great reading journal. I am not really sure how much i will use it, but so far am enjoying it.

I think the reading journal is a great idea in concept but still needs more work to make it more useful and appealing. I love the idea of journals but if they aren’t handy or appealing, or they have too many ways to fiddle around with them (when they’re digital), I don’t find them useful).

The color scheme is the first thing that sticks out to me as unappealing; while it should incorporate green, to match the NetGalley logo, I have no idea why browns would be used. I also found some of the pages to be ones I’d skip: the covers, the bookcase…. And on the review pages, there needs to be more room, and more customization. (That spiral page also drove me bonkers.)

I wanted to love this, but I just didn’t, as I think it needs more work.

Full disclosure, this didn't work for me so the lack of a real score is neither positive nor negative (3 for the middle). Love the concept though!

This is a really fun journal and great for keeping track of everything! It has space for lots of details and is formatted in an easy to use way.

A very useful and smart way of documenting your reading process, without having to carry an actual journal! Easy to flip through and pin-point your thoughts and opinions on different books.

Was actually hoping this would include book review pages with additional sections and points to consider. I thought this would be help create thoughtful reviews but instead it’s just a pretty bland reading journal.

I love this!! This is an amazing idea, and I will be using this often for when I read books and want to remember them!

I love this journal. It is very helpful. The reading journal incorporates a lot of templates which one can use to write their reviews.

I actually really enjoy this journal! The format is clean and the colours are neutral and appealing. I like the way that you can add a cover with your review. The shelves, challenges, and graphics are lovely. I like how you can really modify it to be your own, and the tabs make it very easy to navigate!
