I received a copy from NetGalley as a Holiday gift I presume. I love the colors, the set-up and everything else but this book is not for me. I already have a system in place that I've been using for years and it works for me, and since I'm trying to read less and less books, I would not want to learn another system at this time in my life.

I had a learning curve using this digital journal, but I can see the appeal and it has been fun! My only complaint is that I’m not a big fan of the muted colors. Although I still prefer an actual paper journal, this journal has been a nice way to dip my toes on the digital side, so to speak.

This is a cute, sweet reading journal with all the basics of a reading journal (including its own audiobook tracker!!) The sorting system aka the table of contents is easy to navigate and simple to understand. I also love the addition of challenges/activities at the end to keep readers engaged!! Even the sticker packs are helpful and very cute.

A few things I would like to see improved:
1. The colour scheme: maybe more pastel colors of different shades will help improve the vibe and mood when tracking our books :)
2. More options of stickers: For example, emoticons to help readers track their emotions/ feelings (this could even be added as a separate fill-out)

An idea for future journals:
- A collage section: where readers can add small pictures/symbols that represents the book they are reading for future references. Readers can even draw items/objects/people if they want. Personally, if I ever wanted to re-read the book but I forgot the synopsis, I would like to look at the collage to get the gist of the book!!

Overall, a simple, helpful journal that might not be for everyone but definitely give it a try!

This is a super cute reading journal which I have been using certain parts of. It’s really user friendly and has a lovely lay out to it.

I don’t tend to use a reading journal and mainly use storygraph to keep track, however, this is such a cute layout and if I ever decide to pick up journaling for books, again, I’ll definitely use it!

It's a super cute journal where I can log my materials read for this year. I love that you can pictures and stickers, and how organized it would be if you not only kept it on your computer but if you printed it out as well.

I have always been very much intrigued by Reading Journals, many readers use them but I've never owned one... Until now!
Thank you to the Netgalley team for creating this amazing journal.
It starts with very useful beginners' information about Netgalley, with links to useful Netgalley resources to aid in reviewing.
Then the journal itself starts: you can insert info about you, your yearly goals, your shelf to organize your TBR! I have an endless list of To-read books so this is very useful.
Then Monthly planning starts: for each month we can insert new authors we've discovered, Netgalley stats at the moment, reflections and brief reviews and stats about books read that month. Then there are a lot of pages dedicated to Book Reviews with the possibility to insert all necessary info and your favorite quotes.
At the end we have pages dedicated to inserting Stickers, tracking your Reading habits, and many kinds of Challenges to help you read as the year goes on.
At the end there is a Bookish wrap up with pages for notes.

I can certainly see how this would be helpful for folks who are motivated by a cute planner and are also digital note takers, though I'm not sure how much crossover there is between those two groups. I find that any notes software—I'm a OneNote user, myself—is a better tool than this, so I'm not the targeted user here, but if I was somebody who used this kind of pre-made guide/notebook, this is one I would probably make heavy use of.

What a fantastic journal! This includes everything needed to keep a paper tracking of books read during and challenges completed during the year. While it’s not digital it is easy enough to print out the pages needed and put into a binder. Perfect for those who prefer paper logging! Thank you to NetGalley and We Are Bookish for an advanced copy of this.

Not a fan. There's far too much included to keep track of. If I wanted to print it'd cost a fortune in ink and paper that I just can't afford. I'd rather just use a notebook to keep track of the info that's important to me, or just keep track of books on storygraph or Goodreads.

I really want to like this. It seemed like a great idea. But it was actually complicated to fill in. For starters I had to get it printed so I could write in it, but with Goodreads and other review sites digital it just ended up being time consuming and a struggle. Again I loved the idea but this didn’t work for me.

Very handy with lots of potential to help readers keep track monthly and yearly! I love the pages where you can add the book cover and write your reviews! Always love sticking the covers on my reviews.

This is basically an advertisement for tablet only software which must be purchased and is fairly expensive.

I've never used a book journal before but I've always wanted to start one, so I was excited to find this one from Netgalley! Initially upon opening, unfortunately I was a bit overwhelmed. I ended up saving a copy of each of the main pages, and I uploaded them to Canva to create a simple/less intimidating journal, using only the pages I would be more likely to use. I like the color pallet and the layouts of this journal, and I enjoy having the ability to use the journal digitally because I can add some more elements/designs/stickers, and make it personalized. I'm looking forward to starting this journal for my Netgalley books/reviews!

I have enjoyed using the NetGalley Reading Journal. As someone who is new to keeping a reading journal, the formatting was very helpful in getting started. Love the digital format and the flexibility and customization options in provides.

This journal is a great way to keep track of my reading! Love the format and organization of it. Highly recommend to those wanting to document their reading.

I did not find this helpful at all. As a matter of fact, a simple doc on my computer seemed as capable.

Super cute reading journal. Great organizational tool to track books. Each month you can track the books you read and record your ratings. Great for folks who are trying to up their reading. Dopamine hits every time you add a new book!
