A lovely idea, but not particularly well executed. Whoever chose the color palette needs to learn the basics of color theory. Those of us who are committed, avid, enthusiastic readers deserve better than drab muted tones. How about offering some choices? A serene, cool palette for the those with more cerebral leanings. A warm, vibrant alternative to express excitement about what we read. And the requirement of an additional app to write in the journal is somewhat cumbersome. Surely there was a better format available. However, the free gift is appreciated. So, thank you.

Easy to use and a really fun reading journal! I was able to quickly download it onto my iPad and start playing around with the journal. A fun way to also look back on your reads for the whole year. I'm happy it will also help me draft my reviews when I write out my thoughts.

Thank you for the free journal. I downloaded it to see if it’s something I would find useful, and dutifully added the GoodNotes app, which purports to be free, but very quickly and repeatedly started prompting me to pay for the upgrade. I then tried to navigate the sticker download process but gave up - I’m not all that gifted technologically. I log all my books and put all my reviews on GoodReads and that’s not going to change, so this journal feels like an unnecessary duplication that would just reduce my available reading time - the last thing I need. I certainly don’t want to have to watch YouTube videos to learn how to use it correctly!
I’m sure this would be useful for younger and more digitally savvy readers, but right now I’m going to leave it be.
