Interesting if commonsense information for those seeking a healthier lifestyle. If you are already into that, you might not find anything new here, but overall there are lots of good tips that anyone can put into practice. Perhaps best for those beginning on the path to better health.

Review of a digital copy from the publisher.

Eat, Move, Sleep is a highly readable, very inspiring book about taking charge of one’s health. But it’s not a book that exhort its reader to make a total overall to how they normally do things. It is a much more practical approach for those readers who want to know which lifestyle changes they can make that will have the greatest impact.

This book is one big guilt trip.
Rath's advice might lead you to change your life, but it will be a sad one afterwards.
After reading this I pretty much felt like anything I do that is not connected to losing weight and being successful (whatever that's supposed to mean) is not worth doing at all.
And that is SO not my philosophy!
I'd like to know if the author has ever had a bit of pointless fun in his life...

This book was an interesting read and full of great information about how to sleep better. Not sleeping seems to be an epidemic in our society and having a good resource to turn to can be invaluable. I have used many of the suggestions in this book and I really think they have helped.

I am very glad I came across this book!
