Thank you NetGalley for allowing me the opportunity to review this title.

I was unaware this was based on a Catholic standpoint and tried to remove the request, but it had already been approved.

A series of short refections for each day in Lent, with reflections, short Bible readings and a daily prayer.

I'm very grateful to NetGalley for the opportunity to read an early copy of this book. And because it's obviously a "Lenten" journey, I haven't finished reading it yet, but I wanted to share my initial thoughts on it in the hopes that it helps other readers decide if they would like to read it as well during the upcoming Lenten season.

What I've experienced so far is a very easy read with nice daily devotionals that are inspiring and filled with gospel passages. The blurb indicates that Ms. Rupp "helps us connect with Jesus not only as a teacher, healer, and counselor . . . but also as “the Way” in whom we abide in divine love." I couldn't agree more -- each devotional is concise, clear and thought-provoking and leads you to want to read more of Jesus's words. I'm sure I'll be enjoying these daily devotionals in the upcoming Lenten season.
