Thank you NetGalley and author Margo Bond Collins for the copy in exchange for an honest review.

"Bronx Bishop has spent his entire life as a Guardian of the Moonstone Pack, always protecting everyone around him, often at his own expense. He’s a battle-scarred warrior—not the kind of man a young, beautiful woman would ever choose on her own. So when his alpha Steele tells Bronx that a mate has been chosen for him from among the females of the Idaho pack, he doesn’t dare allow himself to believe she could ever fall in love with him.

When Cora Harris’s new alpha tells her he’s arranged for her to become Bronx Bishop’s mate, she’s terrified. She might have to marry Bronx, but she knows he could never love her—or the child of the alpha the Moonstone Pack took down.

But the more Cora gets to know Bronx, the more she realizes that he’s precisely the kind of mate she’s always wished for. So when she learns that members of her former pack are planning to betray the treaty, she must decide: which side will she betray—her old pack with everyone and everything she’s ever loved, or the Moonstone Pack with the man she thinks she might be able to love from now on?"

This is a third book in "The Moonstone Pack" series. I love this book. This is an easy and quick read.

This was a very nice shifter romance, it had plenty of heat as well as fleshed out characters and an intriguing storyline.

I absolutely adored this book! This book follows the story of Bronx Bishop and Cora Harris, who are wolf shifters that come from opposing packs. However, a previous battle has forced their two packs to unify. Although they are supposed to be considered as "one," a threat from inside the pack stifles their new found unity. In order to defeat the threat at hand, Bronx and Cora's packs have to come together in order to eradicate the threat.

Working closely together causes Bronx and Cora to develop a relationship that I found to be raw and vulnerable. I loved how Margo wrote their interactions with one another. I also enjoyed the character's inner monologues and thoughts. Margo's writing truly depicted the insecurity and rawness of the main characters. One thing that I admired the most was she created a male main character that struggled with body image, self concept, and confidence. It's rare to see such a vulnerable side to a male character in a romance book.

Although I really liked this book, I think the pacing could've been a bit better. I loved the storyline and plot, but I felt the first half of the book was a lot of world building and individual character development. I wish I got more scenes with Bronx and Cora interacting in the beginning. I also wish that I got more scenes with Samuel. I adored him and wish he had more story time. However, these minor critiques didn't keep me from enjoying the story. All in all, I really enjoyed this book and definitely recommend it to anyone who likes shifter romances!

I inadvertently joined this story at the end of the trilogy, but was able to keep pace with the world and characters. I'd probably recommend starting from book 1 though.

Bronx is the scarred guardian of his pack and he now feels like a burden instead of a benefit to said pack. With the recent merging of his pack with another one, his alpha has tasked him with taking a mate from the group of outsiders. Cora is a previously abused single mother of said group of outsiders. She ends up moving to the compound and rather quickly finding attraction with Bronx. She looks beyond his scars and sees the warrior he is, always protecting others. Bronx is very quick to jump on the mating idea when he sees possibilities with Cora.

If you're looking for romance, this is more a fated mates and rushed ceremony type of deal, with some smut thrown in to smooth some of the rough edges. I'm not sure if I agreed with how quickly the abuse is resolved or recovered from, but I'm willing to hand wave for the sake of fated mates. There were not really super high stakes at any point, so it was an easy read. Since this is book 3 of a trilogy, I assumed we'd wrap everything up, and we largely did, but we also have some loose ends in the way a side character gets his own chapter. Are there more books coming? I hope so!

Felt a lot more tell-y than show-y. Not exactly sure how/when Bronx and Cora fell in love. The story seemed to make jumps. First Cora doesn't fit in. Then she's best friends with the alpha's woman? Big jump.

I didn't mind the story, but a lot of big jumps.

This was another home run shifter book. We finally get to see who Bronx picks and who is the one that will bring Bronx to open up and love. Never did Cora think she would ever feel safe and happy but things are really working out for her in the new pack. Moonstone is nothing like her old pack and she can’t wait to see how her son will flourish here. Little did she know that there is a plot from her old pack that could change all of this in the blink of an eye. Will they be able to fight back and win? I was given a copy through NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

This was a very different story for me to read. Not used to male characters being insecure about their appearance but the writer did a great job with Bronx story and his insecurities. Both characters had issues from their past to overcome or work through and having a partner who understands and supports was major plus. First time I have read a story from Margo Bond Collins and will check out more of her stories.

Box by Margo Bond Collin’s published by City Owl Press gives two different point of views but centers on the shifter community. The main character is Bronx, a strong shifter male, looking love. Someone who will like all of him like a gated mate while still carrying on his duties. There is another character a shifter female, Cora, searching for love the will overcome her past and allow her to build a future. When these two meet there is a spark, but problems arise and Cora much choose between her old pack and new love.

Let me just say this….if you are into shifter romance, you need to come get you one of these when it is published 12/5. This story part 3 in a series can be read as a stand alone. I read it in one day. I just couldn’t put it down. This author Drew you into to shifter universe it felt like I was standing there first hand watching this romance unfold before my eyes. I read this cover to cover. Prologue and the sneak peak at the end. I definitely going to be purchasing one, two, and 4 when it’s published.

The only criticism that I have about this story is a wish it was longer. I wished there were more twists and turns to have me on the edge of my seat, but, also like, more twist for thing happening in the community or even like a a sneak peak of what this romance looks like in a couple years down the road. I’m not sure. But it was really great awesome job the author and publisher for this one.

This book is full of hope. Cora's hope for a safe life for her son. The Moon stone Packs hope for peace. The turmoil and pain to get there is a riveting story.

3 stars

Brox is the third book in the Moonstone Pack Trilogy... Oddly it does not appear to be the final book in the trilogy. We meet Bronx wounded and in the hospital recovering from being hurt in a fight to protect his pack. He's scarred, a large man and deeply sweet beneath all the gruff exterior. He's looking for his mate but unsure who could love his with all the scars on his body.

Cora is running from an abusive relationship where her alpha (now dead) was not kind to her. Cora and her young son, Samuel are looking for a safe place to live and not have to worry about rivalries and bloodshed. Moonstone Pack is where to lands and is praying is everything she and Samuel need.

What I loved:
* beautiful writing about Cora's past hurt
* Depth of Characters
* Strong Alphas who show dominance with strength and love - not violence
* Creative shifting world

What was lacking:
* Length of this book, would have liked to dive deeping in the Bronx and Cora
* Repetitive language

Cora and Bronx story was sweet and endearing. Super quick read with a little spice.

Thank you Negalley and Margo Collins for an arc of this book in exchange for my honest review.

A strong, scarred hero that is an unsure of his ability to attract a mate and his mate that needs a strong but gentle love. This story is a well-written 3rd part to a war between 2 clans.

This a good romantic read with a predictable ending of happy ever after.

Loved this book! Bronx is a scarred defender of his pack who is afraid he'll never find a mate due to his appearance. When he is told by his alpha that a potential mate has been chosen for him, he is horrified at being unloved and disappointing the shewolf.

Cora is terrified of submitting to a male and of him hurting her or her son. As she struggles with her attraction to, and fear of, Bronx, trouble is brewing with her former pack.

This novel is sexy and engaging. I found myself totally immersed in the story and turning pages just as quickly as possible.

Fans of the genre will love this book. While part of a series, this is a stand alone novel, however it's so good that you really owe it to yourself to read them all.

Bronx is the head guardian of the Moonstone Pack. He is a big, silent, and scarred wolf shifter. He was hurt in a fight against another pack, the Idaho pack, trying to take them over. While recovering in the hospital, Bronx believes he sees an angel and that she could be his mate. His Alpha Steele wants Bronx to Nate with one of the women from the Idaho pack that joined them.
Cora is a single mother wolf shifter, who has known nothing but misery with the Idaho pack. She was abused by the Alpha's and wants a new start with the Moonstone pack. She is to mate with Bronx who she hopes will protect her and her son.
I was really disappointed in this book. I enjoyed the first two but this one aggravated me. Bronx was constantly moaning about his scars and afraid no one would want him. The story was half over before they even kissed.
