Bill Runner does it again in the Axel Blaze thriller series, it had everything that I enjoyed from the previous five books. The concept worked with the story being told and I enjoyed how well everything flowed with the world I expected. The characters were everything that I was looking for and enjoyed. I hope there is more in this series and more from Bill Runner.

The opening scene is a murder inside a small town sheriff's office the Deputy is being charged for the murder. He calls the only person he knows who can help him while he is sitting in prison Blaze. Blaze leaves his ranch and heads to the town and begins his investigation. What he finds leads to more questions but also to a place and people that have never met anyone like him, he will get to the bottom of this. An excellent story with good characters and plenty of action. A good book.

Even though this is book #6 in the series, I had no difficulty in understanding the protagonist, Axel Blaze, and his methods of dealing with troublemakers and got quickly immersed in the story. We could really use his personality and skills in most large American cities at this time! I plan to read all of the previous books in the series. Truly enjoyable reading. Great book! Wow! Just like a movie! This book had everything! It had high suspense, intrigue, action packed, heavy shootouts, murder, mystery, a few who done its, great plot twist and some crazy twist and turns! The storyline was very interesting and had me glued to my Kindle! I highly recommend reading this book and series as it was well worth reading! I thoroughly enjoyed reading this one!
