I thought this was a good book on how to increase wealth, raise awareness of investments, bond, stocks, etc., but this is the same thing regurgitated in some many other financial books, radio shows, podcasts, etc. It's not new the racial disparity in this county and how we can get a piece of the pie in the so call "american dream," which in 2024 no longer exits for so many people. I think it's because I am older and have lived thru seeing so much discord and anger and devious tactics to keep people from growing wealth, it's the same story. It's OK for some one who does not understand much of how the wealth is created in this county, but it could have bee a short book with exact steps on how.

Uncover the potential for generational wealth in 'The Unconventional CEO' as Ruby 'Sunshine' Taylor guides readers through avenues such as real estate, bonds, and long-term investments. The key, Taylor emphasizes, lies not just in possessing these assets but in sharing the knowledge and information about them. This crucial step ensures that future generations are equipped to navigate pitfalls, preserving the value of inherited items. While the process may take time, the long-term benefits make it a worthwhile endeavor in establishing a robust generational wealth strategy.

In a dedicated chapter, Taylor shares invaluable insights into money management within relationships. Drawing from personal experiences, she provides practical suggestions for readers navigating the complexities of financial decisions in partnerships. This chapter serves as a valuable resource for those seeking guidance in this aspect of their lives.

For readers curious about investing, 'The Unconventional CEO' delivers clear and helpful content. Ruby provides terminology, definitions, and examples that demystify the world of investing, making it accessible to all readers. This section is particularly beneficial for those, like myself, who have always been intrigued by the world of investments.

The book addresses a nuanced perspective on community wealth within black and brown communities. Taylor discusses the delicate balance between communal and individual growth. While emphasizing the value of community, she highlights potential harm in the expectation to distribute personal wealth among the community. The narrative suggests a shift toward prioritizing individual growth as a crucial step.

Coming from a single-parent household and navigating life with a disability, I found many resonant points in 'The Unconventional CEO.' Taylor's exploration of the steep economic slope resonates, particularly in today's challenging economic climate. The book addresses the tough choices faced by millions, balancing necessities like food and bills to maintain housing, utilities, and warmth.

This book is especially relevant for black and brown individuals and families seeking insight into the cultural, social, racial, and economic wealth gap. Taylor's resourceful guide offers a plethora of statements and personal accounts from diverse backgrounds, enriching the narrative with varied perspectives on economic wealth and struggles
