Another exceptional story from author Brenda Novak set in the small gold-rush town of Whiskey Creek. I have enjoyed this series since the beginning. The author knows how to get to the heart of the matter on every occasion; tackling some tough storylines. Past, present, and future events overshadow the romance between Noah and Adelaide. However, this author’s distinctive writing style creates a beautiful tale worthy of a high recommendation.
This can be read as a stand-alone, but I recommend reading about Noah’s friends.
