Max Monroe did it again. This was such a great story!
Cluelessly Yours by Max Monroe was lots of fun to read and very entertaining.
Both characters were extremely likeable and relatable.
Monroe always captures me with quick witted characters and Sammy and Noah did not disappoint!

Thank You NetGalley and Max Monroe LLC for your generosity and gifting me a copy of this amazing eARC!

I usually shy away from love triangles but this one seemed a little different. I have read numerous books from these authors. Sometimes they tend to go down the rabbit hole trying to make things campy and funny. And I must admit there were parts of this that went too far with all the pop references. But at the heart of the story is a woman, newly divorced with great insecurities. She has a sister determined to find her a man. And she knows just the man. Dr Noah Phillips is a hottie that is constantly surrounded by beautiful women. Why would he want a divorced middle aged woman with two kids?

In her job as the manager of a restaurant, she meets a handsome guy named Gavin. He expresses interest in her and she starts to think that in spite of some reservations, maybe he could be the one for her. At the same time, things get a little heated with Noah. Enter the love triangle trope.

Sometimes people have secrets and usually given enough time, they come to light. One good guy, one not so good. All in all a decent read.

Cluelessly Yours is a great story - funny, emotional, romantic, with a couple of plot twists I didn't see coming. Noah is just so sweet and genuine, and I liked that aspects around pregnancy, kids, family were portrayed realistically. Great story, and I can't wait to read the next in the series!

Tropes: Single mom , Which guy will she choose, meddling sister, Dual POV, flashbacks, friends to lovers, Doctor or businessman, 40-year old plus main characters

This is the first book I've read by Max Monroe. I've had a couple on my TBR for a while but never picked them up. I'm off to get them right now. I finished this book in two sittings. This book just kept surprising me. It started as an amnesia story, then it was a which guy will the FMC choose story then became Dual POV and then it's a will they make it story. I just had to keep reading. My favorite part was how the author would write the characters emotions. They were so real and not shaded by rose colored glasses like some romance books. Like yes, having your heartbroken does feel like dying. Thank you very much. It's so funny, if a little something about the book bothered me, I'd keep reading and it get resolved, like another character voicing that same opinion. Or I just not care anymore because it was just so good.
Can I just say, Thank God for the character of Brooke. Every time I was yelling at the page, a couple pages later Brooke would basically say the same thing and tell the other characters to stop being idiots.

I only had one con with this book. I kept forgetting that the characters were in their 40's because of the references they would make. They were kind of everywhere. Like the characters couldn't settle on an age. One second were motioned Friends the sitcom and then the next Jersey Shore. At one point the MMC of 43 says "i'm simping-as the kids say" as if he is 83. It was a lot of pop culture references but once we got to part 3 they didn't happen as much.

This was such a cute love story. The beginning was way too slow and repetitive for me. It picked up about halfway through and I fell in love with the main characters and was rooting for them. Loved how it ended.

This was a very laugh out loud book. So much so my husband kept asking if I was ok, I had tears rolling down my cheeks. It is very well written. Highly recmommend this book and the series, all the books are stand alone.

Cluelessly Yours was a predictable, yet fun read. There were some laugh out loud moments, and the love story between Sammy and Noah was sweet. I did feel like Sammy’s other love interest could have been more of an obstacle instead of brushed over so easily. The big problem introduced at the beginning of the story turned out to not be a big issue (for Sammy and Noah, at least), and it also fizzled into nothing. I wanted more sustained angst, which required Sammy and Noah’s relationship to grow and give their relationship depth.

4.5 stars.

From the blurb I thought we’d get more of love triangle with this story but Gavin have the ick really early on for me.

Other than that I enjoyed the story and loved another as a book boyfriend.

It was nice to see a mature couple take the lead.

And being a single mom myself this was fun to read.

All in all a fun read.

Thank you to NetGalley and and the author for and ARC of the book.

This book attracted me in so many ways; the cover, the description and the fact that there's an older fmc. And the book did not disappoint! It was funny and cute. The romance was sweet and it was overall a highly enjoyable romcom that I’d recommend to anyone on the look for a good time.

I didn't realize this is part of a connected series until I recognized the heroine's sister from Book #2, which I enjoyed. Unfortunately, this was a confusing one for me. I didn't love the setup because I didn't know where we were going with this. As opposed to #2 which felt more standalone, this felt like it was a conclusion to Book #1, which I did not read.

I was so utterly invested in Sammy and Noah's relationship. I've been invested since Brooke and Chase's book.

I absolutely loved the dynamic of these two and Sammy's two boys. Noah really showed how he could be the man in her life and the perfect male role model for her boys.

Now Gavin, the other man trying to get her affection needed to take a flying leap away from her pronto!

I really enjoyed Cluelessly Yours. I thought this book, while a tad predictable, was so funny and adorable. I loved the characters, the writing, and the dialogue. Max Monroe can write. I have only read one other Max Monroe book, but after reading this one, I am wondering why. I will definitely be checking out their other books. I highly recommend it.

I read this book in January and it took me this long to write a review, I am sorry about that.
During Dec and Jan, I had some health issues pop up and I was not doing a good job of reviews and being a person lol.

ok so now for the review.
This was a great book, like I would have expected anything else from Max Monroe. I do not think that there is a book of theirs that I have read and not loved. :)
We have a car accident, a coma, and so many other questions......
Single mom, Sammie has 2 boys and is trying to date. She and her kids are adorable and so funny. Loved this aspect of the book.
Noah her date... maybe boyfriend (she is not sure right now after coming out of the coma) is a really great guy.
We also have her sister (who is prego), another guy and another prego girl, and just wait til you hear all about them and what they are have to add to the main character's life and story

This book is part of a series, the 'It's a Funny Story' series and it is book #3.

I am so glad to have been given the opportunity to read this book, thanks to the publisher and NetGalley. The above is my own, honest and voluntary review.

Cluelessly Yours- Max Monroe
Narrated by Sebastian York and Elizabeth Louise

Narration 🎧🎧🎧🎧🎧

This is the third book in the It’s A Funny Story series and I’ve been looking forward to it. I want to thank @netgalley for the ALC and ARC and @good.girls.pr for the PR Box and ARC. To say this is the perfect ending to a series would be an understatement. We first learned about Sammy during Brooke and Chase’s story in book one and since then I was intrigued with Sammy and how her story would turn out. The premise of the story was so unique and there were twists and turns that I honestly was not expecting. I laughed so much throughout the story, especially at the kids’ antics. Honestly, Max Monroe are one click authors for me and I’ll read whatever they write.

Sebastian and Elizabeth did an incredible job with the narration. Elizabeth was a new voice to me but she did a stunning job portraying Sammy. And Sebastian just kills it every time. He’s one of my favorites.

This was a cute book. I was a little nervous given how it starts but I enjoyed how it all unfolded.
The book is funny. In the beginning, I thought it might be a little too much, almost slapstick humor, but it evened out quickly and I was very entertained.

This was a super cute book! It made me laugh out loud a few times and I was kinda shocked by that twist at the end!
Noah is defiently boyfriend/husband goals, and someone Sammy really needed after her jerk of an ex husband. Not only did he take care of her but also her boys which made me melt.
I'm not normally into the single parent books but I adored this one!

I can't wait to read the rest of the series. ♥

Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for letting me read an advanced copy of this book.

After reading Accidental Attachment I was so excited for Sammy's story! The whole time I was hooked and wondering what was going to happen next! Between Noah and Gavin, I sure have a favorite, and I'm glad it was the decision she went with in the end. This novel had me crying, laughing, and blushing!
