Very cute and bright colors which I definitely enjoyed. I love how this webtoon has a physical copy now. This school life, slice of life, romance webtoon is a fun fast read.

This graphic novel is absolutely adorable! the characters are each unique and distinct with their own styles and personalities. The art is super cute with a very cohesive color scheme and eye catching illustations. And the plot shows such a sweet relationship through a diverse representation that we unfortunately don't see often.

Volume 2 of Boyfriends continues to be an adorable, comfortable read. There's no deep plots or super in depth characters, but that's okay -- it's not trying to be that kind of work. It's a cute, feel-good, slice-of-life.
We do get to learn more about the 4 boys, and some of their characteristics and backstories start to flesh out .
We also have the introduction of the Girlfriends, an all female polycule, which added fun characters to bounce off the boys.

I will say one thing I noticed more in Vol. 2 was how much I love the color palette and how well it blends across the different characters and scenes. It's very pastel heavy, but it still allows the Goth black to tie in and be amplified. It's really a cute, vibrant, fun vibe.

If you enjoyed Boyfriends Vol. 1, then you'll likely find Vol. 2 another fun read. If you didn't like Boyfriends Vol. 1, then I doubt this volume would change your mind.
