I read this with my son who loves all things basketball: playing, watching, and talking about the game. We both learned a lot about the players behind the game. I appreciated the inclusion of women basketball players as well. The graphics and writing style both make this very kid-friendly.

Basketball biographies for kids is a fun book for boys and girls in the elementary to middle school age range. My son loved learning all the fun facts about the players and basketball teams.

I greatly enjoyed this cute book of biographies of basketball players. The players chosen were the ones the author would choose as his dream team. The names may not be who everyone would choose which is part of what made this so interesting. I especially like that both make and female basketball players were included.

There were pictures and stats of all included players. I also liked that before beginning the author gave a run down explanation about important basketball terms.

Overall, this is an awesome resource for the young basketball lover. I'm so glad I read it.
