This is a good true crime quiz book! I love true crime and thought I knew a lot, but you learn something new during this book. Definitely recommend for quizzers, true-crime fanatics, or anyone looking to know more about true crime.

This was a really fun, engaging and insightful read! I went into this thinking I knew so much about true crime, yet by the end, I quickly realized how daft I really am, lol. I didn't realize it would be such a diverse read; covering crimes such as, but not limited to kidnapping, heists, cults and of course murders. They are some pretty well-known cases and some that I have never heard of, making for a very enthralling read.
I will definitely be re-reading this one, as well as purchasing a physical copy on pub date.
I love a book that not only entertain but educate, and this book delivers in both those areas.
This would be the perfect read to enjoy with a true crime fanatic, or a cozy night in with a group of friends.

I am a massive true crime fan and really enjoyed this book. I really thought I knew a lot about true crime but this book proved me wrong. I learnt lots. I highly recommend this book for any true crime lovers out there.

I received a free copy of, The True Crime Quiz Book, by Chris Alan, from the publisher and Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. This book has true crime quizzes from both the UK and the US. This is a good book for any fan of true crime, that think they know everything. There was some questions that stumped me though.

This book is a great idea! True crime fans will love it, and at our group meeting, I found that even those who are not aficionados of true crime books had fun with it.

There are hundreds of questions, in a variety of formats (multiple choice, etc) so it will keep you entertained for hours.

BTW fans of Dateline, 20/20, ID channel, etc will have fun with it. And I thought I knew a lot of random stuff about true crime! Well, I know more now than before I got the book! Four stars.

And we thought we are true Crime champions lol ! We tried this out on a couple of game nights and in the end we ended up learning a lot of new things! This is really really detailed and very in depth! There is so much true crime we didn't know about and everyone left with a couple of notes to read up on some!

Great Quiz book which is great fun!

I don’t like to call myself a true crime “fan” since that seems a little crass, but I am definitely a frequent consumer of true crime content and consider myself pretty knowledgeable. I was hesitant to pick up this book since it seems to cater to the same sort of sensationalizing that I don’t generally care for, but I had a 14 hour road trip and thought it could be interesting. I will say, this trivia is not for the casual Netflix doc viewer! Within just a few pages, even I was running into cases I had never even heard of and wanted to go look up (ex: Serhiy Tkach) While I don’t know that I will get a lot out of the quiz aspect since I felt pretty out of my depth, this was a really interesting surface dive into new cases, which I knew I would do more in-depth research on later. It’s worth checking out if you’re the type of person who likes to fall down a rabbit hole on a sleepless night, and aren’t too bothered by such serious situations being trivialized for a little book like this. I think it’s a good starting point for more serious reading.

I haven’t read many books like this before but when I saw it for download on Netgalley I was intrigued enough to ask for a copy. I’m glad I did because this was a really fun read. Finished it in a day and flew through it. It’s a fun little quiz book all about true crime. It covers a wide variety of crimes from white collar crimes to serial killers. It had a large focus on the UK but crimes from all over the world were covered in the quizzes. Each has a wide range of questions that require various levels of knowledge in the true crime world. The answers are listed too so this can double as a true crime trivia book.

I don’t have much true crime knowledge under my belt so while I was able to answer some of the questions that had a broader scope I was almost clueless when it came to the more specific questions. The subject does interest me some though so learning the answers to these more obscure questions and learning more about the topics at hand was a good time despite some of the quizzes subject matter.

Overall I had a really good time with this and I 100% recommend it for fans of the true crime genre.

An informative bumper quiz book featuring everyone and everything to do with true crime. It was very interesting, and seemed very well researched.

I've always enjoyed exploring the psychology behind true crime so this book will definitely aid my research and knowledge of true crime.

This is perfect for any true crime fan. I can’t wait to have a quiz on Christmas. Full of so much information and facts. Very well researched.

This was really great, as a true crime fan i thought i would know a lot of the questions but some of them i didn't know and so i found that really good to find out new stuff. I also really like how there where different styles of questions so you don't get bored of it.
