I absolutely love everything Christina Lauren like, so I was really excited to get my hand on an early ARC of this book.

I'm not afraid to admit that I'm a huge fan of the fake relationship trope, and I love the twist Christina Lauren puts on it with this book.

Both Liam and Anna were such great characters. I love how Anna managed to stay true to herself while trying to fit in. And poor Liam, the way he was trying to protect his family.

The setting was well, I felt like I was on the island.

I will say the ending was maybe a little rushed. But I loved the epilogue.

I had moments of paradise with this book and definitely problems. I really loved the relationship that Anna formed with Liam's niece and loved her relationship with her dad. However, at times I felt lost and confused throughout the book.

I love a marriage of convenience trope and I am completely here for Anna taking down the patriarchy of the Weston family. Anna and Liam were both delightfully well rounded to characters and their chemistry popped from the second they got back together. I think this might be one of Christina Lauren’s best works. I’m so happy to have gotten a chance to read this book! I will recommend this book to everybody I know. Also, quick side note, sometimes banter can be cheesy, but the banter in this book is top-notch!

Well-developed characters make this an engrossing read. The plot was just complicated enough to distinguish it from other romance novels. Some of the sex scenes were too graphic for me, though.

Read this if you:
•are rich or like reading about rich people
•want to go to Indonesia
•love great banter
•love a strong MFC

This is one of my most anticipated 2024 reads. I will forever read anything Christina Lauren writes. And can we talk about this gorgeous cover too? Chefs kiss. This book made me want to hop on the next plane and go to Indonesia. Anna was such a down to earth and mature character and I loved her. Liam was stuck in the middle between being who he wanted to be and who his family wanted to be. This book is out in May!!

Christina Lauren does it again. This is a great story of a marriage of convenience, and two families, one wealthy, huge, and completely messed up and the other small, economically challenged, and warm and loving. Anna and Liam have to decide what they want, and what they are willing to risk to make it happen!

Is there a bad Christina Lauren romance? I think not. I loved Paradise Problem — the fake marriage, the beautiful setting, and the growing chemistry between Anna and West/Liam. Even the pain of the family surrounding West was very real, very emotional, and drove the plot forward well. Recommend highly, and it may become one of my favorites to introduce new romance readers to CL’s work, alongside Unhoneymooners and True Love Experiment.

4.5⭐️I always count down until I can read the next CL book, and ran to read The Paradise Problem the second I got my hands on it.

Synopsis: Five years ago Anna agreed to fake marry Liam in order to get subsidized housing at UCLA and believed she had signed the divorce papers after graduation. That is until Liam shows up on her doorstep telling her they are still legally married and that he now needs her to be his fake wife for his sister’s wedding.

What I loved:
-This book took one of my favorite tropes, a marriage of convenience, and put a unique twist on it
-The tropical island setting was vividly described. I felt like I was out there with Liam and Anna
-All the wedding shenanigans
-How even when Anna was putting on an act in front of Liam’s uptight family, she always kept a bit of her unique self
-The banter! There were so many times I was full on laughing out loud
-The added element of forced proximity and only one bed! It made all the angst and tension shine
-The entire cast of side characters. While some were extremely unlikable others added a great amount of warmth to the story (Reagan!)
-How it all played out in the end. Not gonna lie I was a bit nervous!
