It's a collection of all of the books coming out in 2024. I found some that I think I will look for so that I can request them. Great to have such a comprehensive list. Thanks!

Once again, Buzz Books has more than doubled my To-Be-Read list! These seasonal compilations of upcoming books are my go to source for new reads, including fiction, debuts, non fiction, and YA. I love being one of the first to know about upcoming releases and look forward to reading works by some of my favorite authors, including Abi Dare and Liz More, as well as books by new-to me authors, such as Cristina Henriquez and Monika Kim. Thank you NetGalley for providing this invaluable resource!

My Thoughts:

Take advantage of Buzz Books by Publishers Lunch. It is a free resource that you can get from NetGalley, Amazon, or other sources for advanced copies you have. This one divides the books into adult fiction, debut, non fiction and young adult. I like that there are diverse authors offering up diverse books so here is what I put on my TBR list:

Moko Magic: Carnival Chaos by Tracey Baptiste is a middle grades fantasy book about three cousins in Brooklyn. Their families are busy getting ready for carnival and the three discover that carnival time brings out magic that they did not know they had.

(photos of TBR titles added). once read, the individual reviews will also be added.)

The Girl with No Reflection by Keshe Chow is a YA dark fantasy. It starts off like the best horror with something in the mirror that has her face.

It Waits in the Forest by Sarah Dass, like Moko Magic is tied to Caribbean culture and mythology, but this one is more YA than middle grades. This mystery and dark thriller will grab readers in the first couple of chapters. The beautiful cover will also be a great sell for this book.

Off with Their Heads by Zoe Hana Mikuta is my last TBR choice. This is a Korean-inspired Alice in Wonderland twist with two wicked girls and former loves who are bonded by blood and betrayal. This YA, LGBTQIA dark fantasy is another beautiful cover.

Amazing selection of books as usual. Love the selection and finding some new books to my tbr that I might not have found elsewhere.

These Buzz Books are always very informative and being able to read the first 3 chapters helps us to determine if we want to request this book or not. We have chosen a few of these books for our Summer Reading Guide for Book Nook Buzz's website that we will be releasing in May. We are still in the process of reviewing books cover to cover for our Summer Reading Guide, but this gives us a great start. I suggest everyone look at this to determine if a book is right for them (or their audience). This has been very helpful and we will continue to read these!

As a publishing industry worker, I always love the Buzz Books samplers put out by Publishers Lunch. They are very, very helpful at providing snapshots of what each season's publishing line-up is going to look like in terms of the areas of the market in which I work.

Definitely found a few titles in here to request! I am hopeful that I am given the opportunity to get some of the ARCs to review.
Some of my favorites that were previewed include: Honey, I Want you More, A Daughter of Fair Verona, Bound to the Shadow Prince, No one Does it Like You, and Catch and Keep.

Once again, buzz books has done an incredible job on informing me of upcoming titles and giving me great sample. I got caught up n reading two fiction samples and wanted those books immediately. I put in my requests, so we’ll see what happens. But great job by Publishers Lunch !

Buzz Books does it again! I always eagerly look forward to the next edition so that I can get a heads up on upcoming books and publication dates, and this latest edition did not disappoint in the least. The problem is that after I read the latest addition, my TBR list grows by leaps and bounds -- but perhaps that is not a bad thing! Love, love this publication, and I am again eagerly looking forward to the Fall/Winter edition!

This was a great way to get a quick overview of books due to be published shortly. I found it very useful – particularly the links to the books on Netgalley.

I appreciated the way things were categorised in the Contents – it made it very easy to find books of interest.

Welp, my TBR list just got longer.

I love these catalogs. Not only do they get me excited over upcoming releases, I enjoy how informative and well-presented they are. The excerpts are also incredibly helpful because they give me an idea of whether a book is for me. Not to mention the publicity contacts, publishing companies and of course, the Netgalley links to request books directly.

Thank you!!!

It’s always nice to have a list at a glance of upcoming titles. It can be overwhelming so it’s nice to have it divided in sections. And I appreciate having some featured highlight titles.
The star review is NA, only adding one to not hurt my feedback percentage
