I thoroughly enjoyed this book! Receiving an advanced copy was a delightful surprise. I believe both existing fans and newcomers will find it equally enjoyable.

Shari Lapena is the queen of bingeable thrillers and this did not disappoint. You need to keep reading to find out what happens and you cannot put the book down

Shari Lapena is one of those authors that I will read no matter what she writes. This domestic thriller is her classic style of short chapters with cliffhangers that keep you reading. There are many characters in this book, but it is not confusing to keep them all straight. Lapena seamlessly connects the characters together exposing secrets that refuse to stay hidden. There is only one element of this story that made me rate it lower than any other Lapena novel I have read, but I won't mention it in this review because it could be seen as a spoiler to some readers. I did think I knew who the killer was early one, but in true Lapena style she made me second guess my choice. If you are a fan of her other work, you will obviously want to read this one. If it is your first Lapena, just know it is not her best work.

I found it kind of slow going and it wasn’t hard to figure out who the murderer was. And I wasn’t even trying. A three star read for me. Not as good as her others.

Another great thriller by Shari Lapena. I sped through the last 40% in one evening sitting because I wanted to know who done it. Kept me guessing til the very end.

I always enjoy Shari Lapena’s books immensely but this one didn’t hit me the same way. While it was a good story, it didn’t “Wow” me. A young girl brutally murdered and left in a field for someone to find. Thus starts the hunt for the killer, with all the twists and turns you have come to expect from the author. This author never disappoints; always reliable for a “twisty gotcha.” Read in one day because I didn’t want to put it down. Usually I can guess whodunnit before the end, but this one got me. Ready for her next one!

A real edge of your seat thriller. This is my first Shari Lapena novel and I really enjoyed it. She had me wondering if I had it figured out but the twist was still so shocking to me. I really enjoyed the discourse around girls and women and the constant sexualization of them in the world today. I breezed through this and can’t wait to recommend this. I’ll be picking up more of Lapena’s works soon

I liked the general set-up of this one, but wasn't quite as thrilled with the execution. The tension built nicely as we meet the three major suspects, and the multiple POVs establish various ideas about motives and alibis nicely. However, once these are set up, the coincidences got to be a bit too much for me, there were a number of issues left hanging, and the resolution wasn't particularly satisfying.

Oh how I love a good Shari Lapena thriller! In 'What Have You Done' a well known teen is found dead at a local farm. As with most Lapena thrillers, there are so many possible suspects and all have compelling cases as to why they may have been guilty. The audience learns what really happens to Diana that day through various twists and turns, I could not put this one down.

Taking place in a small rural town, What Have You Done opens with the body of a teenage girl named Diana being discovered and the aftermath of her murder.

I’d read one other book by this author, and I really didn’t enjoy it. But this book felt completely different than “Not A Happy Family”

The pace is extremely quick and grabbed me instantly. I couldn’t put it down. It moves fast and doesn’t give you time to catch your breath. I really enjoyed Shari Lapenas writing of the characters as well and being able to switch between their point of views was really enjoyable for me. It’s a slow burn but in the way you’d want a story like this to be. It keeps you guessing and just when you think you have it all figured out, there’s a twist.

The only thing I didn’t really enjoy was the ending. I thought it felt really rushed and it fell a little flat for me as I had a good idea of who the killer was. But other than that I really enjoyed reading this. I’ll definitely be checking out whatever else the author has for us in the future!

Lapena is a solid author. This isn't her best, but it did its job well enough. I was entertained for most of the time, but I wanted more from the characters. Fans of the genre could like this one.

Good, fast read with a nice twist at the end.

What Have You Done by Shari Lapena is a definite pageturner. Who killed Diane Brewer? With a cast of characters who most become suspects. Driven by revenge, jealousy, and drama. The end of the story is a shocker! Excellent book.

This book was a great thriller! Loved how the chapters ended leaving you hanging and wanting to keep reading! This book had a very intriguing storyline. Lots of different POVs which I liked. This book was definitely binge worthy!

This was a fast paced, quick read of a thriller. It goes between different view points of a few characters. With a list of very probable suspects it will keep you guess who the killer was. I enjoyed this book and would recommend it to fans of shari lapena as well as general thriller lovers.

The short chapters make this a quick read. The story was decent, another dead teenager and trying to figure out who did it. The story has been done a million times before, but I enjoy Lapena's storytelling and little details added throughout the novel.

Shari Lapena is one of those authors whose work I always look forward to reading. Her books always keep the reader on the edge of their seat. I didn't even read the synopsis before reviewing this one; I knew I would be hooked from the start, no matter what. She is genuinely that fantastic a suspense writer.

What Have You Done is another fantastic, fast-paced thriller from the queen of twists. Once I started, I could not put this story down. The author is a weaver of a story ride, blending her plots, characters, and pivotal moments into her brilliant whodunnit, where the reader must ride out the wild roller coaster.

Part of the fun of reading Shari Lapena's work is guessing who the "bad guy" is; this story is no different. I knew, and the satisfaction of guessing keeps me coming back to read more of her stories. Thank you, NetGalley and Penguin Group Viking, for the opportunity to read this ARC.

I absolutely love Shari Lapena's books! What Have You Done? is a thrilling murder mystery that initially hooked me. With a range of suspects, I was kept guessing until the very end, just like in her other books. The writing is exceptional, and I enjoyed the different perspectives that Lapena used, such as writing from a character's diary and from the viewpoint of the victim's spirit. It made the story even more suspenseful. The setting in a small Vermont town added to the intrigue, as it suddenly becomes the center of attention. Crime and mystery fans will definitely enjoy this book.
