I received this eARC from NetGalley.
This book has some cute ideas for natural- looking fairy garden paraphernalia to make. They are pretty simple to do, and the instructions are clear, so I could see this being a good project for all ages. I would have preferred for the doors to be functional, but maybe that's just being picky.
Fun and innovative craft book. Helpful illustrations and inspiration, as well as clear lists of which tools to use. The designs warmed my heart and my imagination.
I remember making fairy gardens as a child, so when I saw this book, it brought back a wave of magical nostalgia. This book has crafting techniques, tips on making items water and weather resistant, and more. The authors have captured all of the childhood magic around constructing and building fairy gardens, while introducing more adult-appropriate techniques and tools to elevate the gardens.
I recommend this book for any adults wishing to revisit the magic around fairy gardens as well as families wishing to explore this creativity together. While there are some adult tools used, I do think that there are elements of this book appropriate for all ages!
Thank you to the publisher and to NetGalley for providing an e-ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.
It’s nice enough for a weekend full of crafts. A good gift in the springtime and fun and easy for kids with a little help from an adult
This book is great for anyone who enjoys cottage core garden crafts.I had fun reading and learning how to make the projects. The projects were very detailed, well explained on how to execute and very beginner friendly.
