Great conflict between the two leads, but the story wrapped up a bit abruptly. Up until the end of the book, I thought there would be another in the series because of so many plot points left open. In the end, they were all mostly resolved in the last chapter and the epilogue.

Redemption's Edge is the 3rd book in this series by Alyssa Day, she was a new author for me before I read the first book in her series. I keep returning to read the next book in the series to see what will happen next. I enjoyed this book and would recommend it to others.

I received an ARC from NetGalley and the publisher, and I am leaving my review voluntarily.

I received an ARC copy of this book via the publisher and NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

After completing the series, I have a lot of thoughts. Yes I did enjoy the books, each had their own happily ever after but the roads to get there seemed almost too easy.

For example, the battles in several of the books was over in a page or two. I feel like I expected more. More adversity or battling. Also how quickly things progressed from book to book. As in Carter and Max’s relationship. I was hoping for more from them. Maybe even their own book or something.

Same with this book. It just felt like it fell flat at times. I was waiting for this big build up for their relationship and it just seemed to be over in a blink and they were together. And the motorcycle club never really had a part in anything. I was hoping for more.

Overall, I did like the book but I believe the others were better. I wish there was more detail on some of the side characters development and more build up for Edge’s and Meara’s story.

This book is a great way to wrap up the series with the focus on Meara and Edge and their story .
The Chamber . a group of ancient warlocks , are set to dominate the paranormal world and have set their sights set on Savannah , where Meara and the rest of her family call home .
With Edge fighting his feelings for Meara , after the Chamber experimented on him his head will explode (literally) if he gives in to love , it will take all the others who have overcome their own difficulties to show him that love will overcome all ! Stubborn does not begin to describe both Edge and Meara but they will have to work together to find their own 'forever' and defeat the Chamber once and for all .
The final battle for the future is upon them , can they survive ?

The Author has managed to bring together all her couples and their battles with fate and love to provide an ending to her series that should satisfy even the most ardent reader - a thoroughly enjoyable book
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own

Great way to wrap up the series! Each book built up to their battle that has been long time coming, all while continuing the relationships, both romantic and family, that developed star5ing with book one. The romantic focus finally turns to Edge and Meara. Talk about waiting to exhale, breathe, because it's happening. I'm enjoyed the way their story grew. I loved that there was so much interaction between all characters in this series, it was watch your favorite movie with all your favorite characters. The romance and the save the world urgency led to a book packed with action, romance and great dialogue. I recommend reading the entire series to really get to meet everyone and truly experience the exciting world built by the author.

I actually finished this a couple of weeks ago but waited til I had time to do a review before marking it as read.

This was a new author for me. I haven’t read a lot of paranormal romances lately but this one was a solid read! Well developed characters and fast paced, both in action and steamy romance. This is a good read as a standalone but I will go back and read the first 2 in the series: Bane’s Choice and Hunter’s Hope to get a better background of the other main couple characters, The Chamber and Neville.

Meara is a 300 yr old powerful vampire who believes if she lets go of her extreme control of her emotions that thousands will die….it happened before and she never wants to hurt anyone ever again.

Edge is a scientist, before being turned, with a completely orderly mind and would rather use science to solve problems rather than let emotions rule his judgement. The Chamber experimented on him which ultimately will result in his head exploding, literally, if he ever allows love into his life!

The Chamber, a group of ancient warlocks set on dominating the world, currently have their sights on Savannah where Edge, Meara and the rest of their family call home.

A great ensemble of characters from the other books come together in Redemption’s Edge to fight The Chamber. Throughout the book, the other couples show Edge and Meara what love can do for them, even though they are both stubborn to the core. The chemistry between them is steamy and fun- I laughed at a lot of the banter between the two of them. A good sign for me that I thoroughly enjoyed the book.

I liked the world building that obviously continued in this 3rd book, allowing anyone to pick it up and read as a standalone. I felt the chemistry between all the characters was excellent- could tell they were a cohesive family working together. I loved the whole concept of fighting against evil thread woven into this romance novel!

A huge thanks to NetGalley, Entangled Publishing and Brittany Zimmerman for providing me a copy of the book in exchange for an honest review!

Edge is genius. Before he became a vamp, he was held by those who wanted to use that genius. Tortured and experimented on, he now lives his life under tight control. To let go is to chance almost certain death.

To most of the public, Meara is a philanthropist, a generous benefactor to the charities she cares about. To those who really know her, she’s a strong willed master vampire, one who keeps careful control of her emotions. Letting them loose can bring chaos and destruction.

Meara and Edge feel the pull toward each other, but both fear what will happen if they get too close. Friendship is as much as they can share. But the warlocks of the Chamber have brought their evil to the U.S. They plan to take over, and they’re going to start in Savannah. Meara and Edge are forced to fight side by side. The close proximity makes fighting their growing attraction difficult. They know they can't afford to relax their guard, but they are slowly losing the fight.

This story provides a combination of high intensity suspense, scorching romance intertwined with just the right amount of humor. The characters are engaging. Meara and Edge are an interesting couple. Despite Meara's age, Edge's intellect, they both exhibit a bit of naivete when it comes to the relationship. It creates a sweetness you wouldn't expect from these characters. Put it all together and it's very easy to get lost in the world Ms. Day has created.

Though third in the series, this book can be read as a stand alone, but reading the first two books in the series will provide a great introduction to the characters and a background to their fight.

I read really drawn in by the description of this book, but the execution was a complete miss. It felt like the author couldn’t decide what types of magic she wanted in this story so she just threw in everything. Maybe it’s because I haven’t read the first two in the series but the writing felt cluttered, and the plot was Twilight-esque. It was a neat idea of each vampire manifesting an individual power though.

I gotta be honest and admit that I accidentally skipped book # 2 in this series. That being said, it proves you can dive right in without needing the backstory completely! I'm sure you appreciate it more if you read them in order, but everyone likes a bit of flexibility in their reading.

Maera is a tough as nails master vampire who is determined to destroy an evil warlock group called the Chamber. Things appear to be going in the right direction for that part, but she seems to be getting a little distracted by a particular member of their group. Edge was a scientist in life and is channeling that logical, emotionless part of his brain into his whole being now that he's a vampire. Some horrible experimentation by yet another evil group has led him to believe that he will die if he experiences true love. Romantic, right?

These two really sizzle but try their hardest to fight against the draw. Does it work? Of course not! It all comes to a head when there's a big showdown with this book's big bad. There's all sorts of shockers throw in there but we do eventually come out of this with a happily ever after. As someone who sometimes avoids a motorcycle club book, this was definitely worth overlooking that!

I love reading this authors books, they always are so much fun to read. This one was no exception! Meara Delacort, is a master vampire and 1 tough cookie. Edge is the vampire that loves her but can’t acknowledge it. Of course there are a lot of edge jokes, read their story and prepare for a on the edge adventure!

I received a complimentary copy of this book from NetGalley. The opinions expressed in this review are completely my own. Thank you for allowing me to review

Alyssa Day was a new-to-me author with the first book in this series, Bane’s Choice. She came highly recommended, so I thought I’d try it. I like vampire romances, but I’m always iffy on MC romance. So far, the books are heavy on the vampire element and very light on the MC, which is perfect for me. While the books are marketed as interconnected standalones in a series, I disagree. Too much of the characters’ backstories and the underlying mystery continuing through all three books make it necessary to read them all in order.

Unfortunately, I was conflicted with the plot and main character of the first book, leaving a lot to be desired. However, book two made it all worth it. I felt like I had a much better understanding of the main characters’ backstories and the plot was a good bit more interesting, making me quite glad I didn’t give up on the series after book one. And that brings us to this book. Overall, I felt like this one wrapped up the series well. (At least it seems as if this is the final book…) While I felt as if Bane’s story was lacking, the last two books made me happy I didn’t give up on the series’ potential. Moving forward, I look forward to reading more from this author.

Meara Delacourt is a three hundred year old master vampire who must keep hold of her emotion otherwise bad things will happen. When she becomes attracted to Edge who was a scientist she knows nothing can become of it. Edge knows that he must never fall in love thanks to the experiments done to him he would die if he did so. The two work together though, there is an organization called the Chamber trying to take over Savannah. Can the two save their town and remain emotionless at the same time or will their true feelings take hold of them?

A very sexy romance and a delight for any romance/paranormal fan. It definitely held my attention and featured lovable characters.

I tried to get into this one on a few separate occasions but it was a DNF for me. Perhaps if I had read the first two books in the series, I would’ve been more invested. Not bad writing, just not for me.

This is the 3rd book in the series. It’s the conclusion for the long waited slow burn love story of Meara and Edge and their battle against the Chamber fighting at all costs. This series is full of strong found family between them all. They were all strong and relentless. It was great to see how they all fit together . The book is full of love, loyalty, spice, romance, fighting, danger. It has it all.

Redemption's Edge is a brilliant conclusion to Alyssa Day's Vampire Motorcycle Club trilogy. The entire trilogy is action packed and yet still overflows with an interesting backstory, family and love.

While Redemption's Edge can be read as a standalone story, readers will get much more out of it if they read Bane's Choice and Hunter's Hope first. Being able to come into the story with the buildup that Day has created between between Edge and Meara (as well as the ever-present "bad guys" they've all been battling) over the course of the trilogy will make the inevitable conclusion of the story sing that much louder. I will admit that more than once I was catching myself yelling at the characters to "JUST TALK TO EACH OTHER" but that's a trop that I don't think will ever go away - miscommunication/no communication leads to such great endings (at least in books).

Not only does Day give her readers some super steamy romance, but she's kind enough to toss in a significant amount of action as well with one heck of a battle at the end. Yes, this trilogy could have spanned maybe one more book had it ended when I thought it ended, but turn the page and you find an epilogue that gives you just enough information more to feel satisfied with where everyone ended up aside from one ... I need more of his story, Alyssa ... you know who I mean.... maybe a novella?

Yes, there are cliches; yes, there are tropes; yes there are moments of open-door romance that will make you seriously blush, but would you want any less from the brilliant mind behind the Warriors of Poseidon? What I'd like now is to see these lovely vampires, witches and weres find themselves in the same reality as the warriors because that would make this reader's dreams complete. I also wouldn't mind a certain head vampire meeting a certain Tiger Shifter ... IYKYK.

So, I will admit that I thought this was a standalone and I read book three first. So my review might be a little biased because I have not read the first two books (which I HIGHLY recommend doing before reading this one lol). To me the book felt like it was all over the place and the world building was pretty interesting. Although, I will say that despite the fact that I read book three first, I didn’t feel too lost in the storyline. I mean the characters relationships and some of the stuff was obvious that I missed it in the first two books but despite that fact, I did enjoy this book a lot. The idea and premise behind the vampires abilities felt pretty unique to me and I enjoyed reading about Meara and Edge realizing they love each other and all the small jokes about Edge’s name were hilarious. Overall, I would recommend reading the first two books first and then enjoying this lovely conclusion to this trilogy because this book was pretty good!

Vampires, Angels, Demons, Werewolves, Witches, etc., This book had so many interesting elements and characteristics that made it a great read. The FMC was developed well, and made me reminiscent of the classic paranormal fantasy books read in my younger teenage years. If you know, you know. This was obviously for a more mature audience, and the cultivation of that with the paranormal world meshed together so well.

The whole plot was well developed and executed, giving the reader enough context about the world and characters, even if they hadn’t read the previous books in the series. (I didn’t know it was the third in a series. I blame myself but that’s beside the point) The reader could quickly understand the concept of the world and was able to make the distinction between the different characters and elements within the story.

Ultimately it was a very enjoyable read and an experience I would recommend participating in. Thanks to Alyssa Day for writing such a wonderful book.
