“Maybe it comes down to deciding what kind of people we want to be. The kind who believe nothing is worth attempting if the outcome isn’t guaranteed?” “Or the kind of people who try?”

This story is just the sweetest summer romance!!! It is full of fun, nostalgia, love and most importantly friendship! I was captivated right from the start and didn’t want to put this book down. Be prepared to hear me gush, friends! I loved the friendship between Hillary and Jessie. I loved that the story was written from multiple points of view. I loved all of the characters (especially Hillary, who I could relate to the most). Overall, I just really loved this book and would highly recommend that you add it to all of your summer reading lists!!

Jessie and Hillary are former best friends who used to live for the two months a year that they got to spend at Camp Chickawah growing up. They vowed to become camp counselors together one day but after drifting apart Jessie is left trying to make their dream a reality all on her own. Despite her dedication, Jessie learns that Camp Chickawah is being sold at the end of the summer so she and the staff decide to do all that they can to make it the best one yet which includes inviting past campers back to relive all of their favorite moments!

Though I have never been to sleepaway camp, I found myself riding waves of nostalgia throughout this story as if I had. There are so many laugh out loud moments and the duel love stories between Jessie and Luke and Hillary and Cooper were just so fun to read! Finally, while you know that I love a happy ending and that it is usually the best part of a book for me, what I loved most about this story is the message that if the worst happens and you have to start over it will be okay because the moments that we hold dearest to our hearts stay with us long after the thing we love is gone. Don’t worry, I promise that I didn’t give away the ending!! You will just have to read it for yourself to find out what happens!

Until Next Summer is such a gem! I know that I will be adding a copy of it to my shelf when it comes out this summer and I think that you should too!!

This book is for those with nostalgia for children's summer camps. This novel is the story of two former friends trying as adults to prolong and find again the excitement of their summer camp experiences. They both attend an adult summer camp and renew their friendship and find romance there.

I could not get as excited about the camping experience in summer as the characters in the book did. I think besides being a rom com in an outdoors setting, the novel will mean the most to those with those specific memories.

An enjoyable outdoor summer read in total.

Well this one was a summer read that I didn’t know that I needed. To say I enjoyed this one is quite the understatement cause it was a fun time from beginning to end. It was the equivalent to having the best time as a kid at summer camp. I’ve never been to summer camp, but if it’s anything like this describes, I missed out.

Now, let’s flip the kid at summer camp and make it an adult at an adult summer camp. If there was ever an adult summer camp, I’m there! Imagine a place where you’re able to unwind, unplug, and enjoy time with other adults doing kid like/adult things for a week. That’s partially what this was about. Not only that, it was also about mending past friendships, healing, reinventing yourself, saving a childhood memory, and of course…summer camp romance.

I. Loved. This. Book. So. Much.

This is the reason I live for summer books! It has everything you could ask for in a summer read. There’s romance, found family, friendship, the perfect camp setting, forgiveness, humor, and even a little spice ❤️‍🔥

I loved that this book didn’t solely focus on a summer romance but more importantly - friendship and finding yourself. Until Next Summer was one of those books that, from the very beginning, I knew it was going to be a 5 star read. I never went to summer camps as a kid and now I’m sad for all the memories I missed out on!

I truly loved all of these characters and was emotionally invested in each of their stories. Overall, I just really loved this book and highly recommend it!! Add it to your summer reading lists - it’ll be out on July 9th!

This novel perfectly captures the magic and fun of camp life and the enduring power of friendship. While the ending is a bit predictable, the ride is thoroughly enjoyable. Until Next Summer is a must-read for anyone who believes that once a camp person, always a camp person.

I love everything that the Ali Brady team writes and they just seem to get better and better.

The idea that long ago bunk mates from camp reacquaint for a reunion summer is perhaps a little far fetched but I swallowed hook line and sinker. And what fun to have adult camp with beverages and your old friends. There are summer romances and misunderstandings and fun and renewal. You should read this one!

I fell in love with Ali Brady's books when they first released their book, The Beach Trap. Since then, I have looked forward to summer novels from this dynamic duo ever since - Until Next Summer was no exception. Growing up as a sleepaway camp kid, I loved the concept of this being set at an adult sleepaway camp and I loved all the characters - bonus points for Jewish representation as well!

Such a sweet, summer read just in time for camp season!
Jessie & Hillary's relationship is one many young adults can relate to - moving apart through different periods of their lives and wanting to (& they did) reconnect their friendship, as well as reconnecting with fellow campers from year's past .

Growing up, Jessie and Hillary lived for summer, when they’d be reunited at Camp Chickawah. The best friends vowed to become counselors together someday, but they drifted apart after Hillary broke her promise and only Jessie stuck to their plan, working her way up to become the camp director.

When Jessie learns that the camp will be sold, she decides to plan one last hurrah, inviting past campers—including Hillary—to a nostalgic “adult summer camp” before closing for good. Jessie and Hillary rebuild their friendship as they relive the best time of their lives—only now there are adult beverages, skinny dipping, and romantic entanglements. Straitlaced Hillary agrees to a “no strings attached” summer fling with the camp chef, while outgoing Jessie is drawn to a moody, reclusive writer who’s rented a cabin to work on his novel.

The friends soon realize this doesn’t have to be the last summer. They’ll team up and work together, just like the old days. But if they can’t save their beloved camp, will they be able to take the happiness of this summer away with them?

Growing up a camp kid until I graduated high school , this gave me all of the nostalgia of that and also I just loved it so much. I loved the connections and characters. It’s a great summer read. This is my second book of Ali Brady and I look forward to more.

I couldn't get enough of Ali Brady's NEWEST summer novel! I LOVED the premise of a torn friendship being repaired over the saving of their beloved summer camp! The camp activities, characters, and setting were completely brought to life! I couldn't put this one down! I loved the call backs to their first two books as well as the sly "It Ends with Us" reference!

Are you longing for those youthful days of summer filled with adventure, friendships, color wars, crafts, and romance? Dive into this story filled with second chances as a band of bunkmates and campers find a way to overcome family expectations, obligations, and perhaps even love.

A heartwarming dual POV story that takes us to summer camp where former campers have a chance to reunite and reminise about their favorite summer memories before their "second home" closes its doors forever.

This gives me Indian Summer and Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants movie vibes. For anyone who spent their summers at camp - sleepaway or day, are drawn to stories that are about the true meaning of friendships, found family, and a discovery of self worth this will pull you in until you the very last page is turned.

I can't wait to read more from the fabulous author duo of Ali Brady. Thank you Berkley Publishing for reminding me the value in second chances.

Love love love. I grew up going to a camp and I had signed up for their alumni weekend this summer. I’m so excited to see old friends and people who are still involved with camp, 15 years later. This book had all of the nostalgia vibes. I loved the rebuilding of the friendships, the romance, and the fact that Jack lost.
