This was a great start to the End of Nobility series, it had everything that I was hoping for from the description. It had a strong fantasy element and worked with introducing us to the world. The characters felt like they were supposed to be in this universe and from this story. I enjoyed how good everything was and left me wanting to read a sequel.

Summary from The StoryGraph
Why I Started This Book
The first thing about this book that caught my eye was a note saying that it was like Children of Blood and Bone, which is one my favorite novels!
My First Thoughts
At the start of the book, I did have some trouble getting into it! It was kind of slow-paced at the beginning, but picked up later on!!
My Rating
⭐⭐⭐⭐
Rating: 3.5 out of 5.
This book was pretty good! There was some parts I really enjoyed!! I only had a couple of small dislikes!!
What I loved
The characters are fun!! Their personalities and internal dialogue are super funny and interesting!! It really adds to the story! Also, their dynamics, especially between the twins, is super fun to read!!!
The plot and the world is super unique!! This book is cool and refreshing read!! I haven’t read a book with a world quite like this one!
What I Disliked
This isn’t necessarily a dislike, but it was kinda confusing at the start. It felt like the story was a little random, and I didn’t really understand the world or the plot. After a hundred or so pages in though, things started to make more sense!! Also, this might just be me, you’ll be able to understand the book just fine if you read it!
The start is a little bit slow! Not in a bad way, but I’m just used to pretty fast-paced books!!
Should You Read It?
Yeah! If you want a unique YA fantasy read, this is for you!! It’s not terribly similar to Children of Blood and Bone, but it’s still an interesting read!!
Conclusion
The End of Nobility by Michael Green Jr is a unique fantasy read!! I liked the characters and the plot!! While I did struggle with the slow-paced start, this is still a good book! If you’re looking for a refreshingly new YA fantasy book, this is a good choice!
