With SPHERES OF INFLUENCE, Brad Englert has laid out a clear, comprehensive approach to building mission-critical and career-essential relationships. I wish I'd had this book when I started my career and am delighted to have it now. How refreshing to see genuine connection highlighted and discussed in such a clear and forthright manner rather than being relegated to low priority or dismissed as "networking." Timely and timeless. I received a copy of this book and these opinions are my own, unbiased thoughts.

Spheres of Influence is a helpful and knowledgeable book for those who are making their way in the corporate world and in business. I do think a lot of the information shared within can apply to other careers and workplaces, as well. I don't think a lot of the information is groundbreaking, but having it all concisely put in one book is helpful. Being transparent, communicative and authentic are traits that we don't see often enough in the working world. This is a great book for folks starting out in the working world and college aged individuals.

Thanks @NetGalley for the advanced copy in exchange for my honest review. For those business leaders wanting a quick, easy read this is your book. Brad Englert writes a concise, purposeful book that speaks to the importance of numerous types of business relationships. While the content of the book is not groundbreaking new information, Brad is able to take a comprehensive topic and distill it down into a structure that works well. This is a great book to use as a refresher for tenured folks or for high school and college students as they begin to enter the workforce.
