This was exactly what I expected from a book advertised as a fast burn romance.

It was hot, filthy, with great dirty talk - a nice contrast to the cute small town and cosy Bed & Breakfast setting.

I liked Ava's individual relationship with each of the guys, that she made some friendships along the way, and how she finally found the strength to leave an abusive relationship, once and for all.

There were instances that weren't realistic or rational enough for me personally, such as role play the first time Ava and Roman had sex. Who places that much trust in someone they've only known a few days? And Logan did something that's a massive invasion of privacy, which made me dislike him a little.

But overall it seems to have worked, and I really enjoyed the ending, despite a few unanswered questions.

The writing itself was fantastic - I would have never guessed this is a debut. And the cover is out of this world, absolutely gorgeous!

For anyone looking for a fast burn, why choose romance with lots of spice - you won't be disappointed.

'Three Hearts Hideaway' is a spicy romance about overcoming toxic relationships and being true to your own desires. Set in a cute Canadian village, it follows Ava falling for not one, but two gorgeous men as she recovers from a nasty break-up. Read the content warnings and decide if it's your kind of book!

I like a good, steamy romance, but unfortunately this book didn't really work for me. It's the sort of romance where sex and relationship development are the main focus and there's not too much else going on plot-wise. I would have preferred a bit more complexity to the plot! I also found the writing style very simplistic, overly describing how things looked and using language that just didn't click with me. This was probably my main issue with it - I didn't enjoy the writing and found it difficult to engage with. I think kink, consent and polyamory were approached in a positive way, but I would've liked to see more realistic communication on page between the characters before jumping into some of these scenes. On a positive note, the book has a strong sex-positive message that really shines through, and interesting exploration around what makes a toxic/healthy relationship.

Although I didn't love this one, think it will appeal to readers looking for a hot, fast-paced MFM/why choose/erotic romance.

Thank you to NetGalley for an ARC in exchange for an honest review!

I may have only read two other Why Choose romance but this is on my Top One! It is a good starter for why choose, you are eased into the relationship with one guy solo then the other and finally all three. The writing is great, fast paced and very enjoyable. The two MMCs are opposites so no confusion, they’re best friends who sometimes share. Logan is grumpy while Roman is sunshine, cute.

What a gorgeous MFM why choose small town romance 🥰. Apart from the relationship between Ava, Roman and Logan, this is really about shame. How corrosive it is to our mental health and how to push back, once we find 'our people'.

Ava lands in Little Greenfield after a nasty, and humiliating breakup, and quickly finds herself exploring a poly situation with Roman and Logan. It's a teeny bit plot-what-plot, but there's caretaking, listening, sharing, and supporting and being kind to each other. It's low angst, low judgement and hopefully as healing for the reader as it is for the characters. Lots of communication, masses of steam, instalove for everyone, and comeuppance for her ex - who more could anyone want?

This is a debut novel and an absolute joy and I'm excited to see what Luna Day writes next. Thank you NetGalley and the author for the ARC.

I enjoyed Luna Day’s writing style and I can see why it would appeal to other readers. There’s a fun small time vibe and drama that drives the plot forward but the spice was most of the plot, so if that’s your thing you would enjoy this!

I think more build up would have been better for me to get attached to the characters because it felt a bit too insta-love for me, especially when it came to the more intense scenes. Overall this is a fun, quick read. 2.5 stars rounded up!

I honestly had no idea how spicy this book was going to be. But this book is so good! This book is very spicy! I like the way that Ava’s personal preferences were explored in a safe way. The vibes of the small town and vacation setting were perfect! The communication between the three of them in this book was so good. Im so glad that I got to read this. If you love spice specifically MFM romance then you will love this!!

I highly recommend it!

i want to cry. scream. fall on the ground. this book was beautiful. this book is hot. it’s so well written so fast paced… literally everything i could want in a book. I finished it in one sitting that’s how good it was.

The spice in the book was 10/10, the characters had great chemistry. from the first chapter you could feel it. like i think these 2 are my favorite book boyfriends ever. like the way they stand up for her?! UGH 😩 giggling and kicking my feet the whole time.

i relate to Ava in many ways… maybe people don’t think it’s “normal” but i believe deep down we all have fantasies we want to try… even if it’s not the same as Ava’s, and if not 🤷🏼‍♀️ that’s okay too!

i think it’s important to find someone who loves and cares for you and doesn’t judge you. similar to what happens in this book. everyone has their person(s) and i truly believe that.

what i really liked is how open Ava was to letting someone in after she had just gotten out of a really toxic relationship. i’ve seen so many relationships similar to hers in my life and it always makes me so happy to see these thing represented in books.

i’m literally lost for words with how much i loved this book. The characters. the setting. just everything.

watching ava find herself in this book was so refreshing. in a way i feel like it made me more confident after reading it? I haven’t had a book make me feel this way in awhile so i’m glad i could get this feeling again!

this is definitely one of my top reads and if your someone that’s into spicy books this is definitely for you!

I enjoyed the description of this book, but found the pacing too fast. There’s a lot of good qualities in this book but unfortunately it wasn’t for me, but that doesn’t mean it’s not for others. I’d definitely recommend others to try it out!

4.25 🌟 Three Hearts Hideaway will have you swooning from the beginning. I love FMC Ava and her strength and honesty and desire to be true to herself. Roman was the sweetest ever and is all sunshine, while his best friend Logan is a total grump. This has small town, insta-love, why choose, self discovery, and so much spice 🌶️. It was a testament to the ideas that everything happens for a reason and change is a good thing. Ava was in a terrible situation, but it led her to end up right where she was supposed to be. This was a quick, easy, highly entertaining read, and the writing was great, it’s hard to believe this is Luna Day’s debut novel! I can’t wait to read what she has coming up next 😍 Thank you to NetGalley and the author for allowing me to receive an ARC!

If you are looking for a small town, forced proximity, MFM romance, this is the book for you.

Ava is looking to clear her head from her toxic ex-boyfriend. She goes to a small town, hoping to get some peace for a week, gets ruined as there happens to be a fishing event going on the same week. With that, the hotels are fully booked and Ava has no place to stay. Until Roman, a bartender, helped her out and offered her to stay at his and his buddy, Logan, up and coming bed and breakfast.
The fast-burn romance, has so much spice and will keep you wanting to read for more. Especially as you embark on the journey of Ava finding herself sexually.

Thank you Netgalley and the Publisher for a copy of this ARC in exchange for an honest review.

3.5 stars, rounded up.

If you're looking for a quick, sweet, MFM romance then I recommend adding this to your tbr.
It was a little more insta-love than I typically would go for, although technically the I love you's didn't come until later.
My only real 'issue' with this is that it was in third person, with three POVs, which I personally found a little difficult to follow at times, but that may just be a personal preference as I typically read stories written in first person.
Overall I did enjoy this story and would recommend.

Three Hearts Hideaway is a fast burn, forced proximity, small town, MFM full of steam and fluff. The story follows Ava, who after her recent ex-boyfriend sent out a private voice message of her sexual wants to her full contact list, fled to a small town to take some time off and figure out what to do next. However, when the rash decision leaves her with nowhere to stay as the local hotel is booked, Ava, goes to drown her sorrows at the local pub and meets Roman, the bartender and owner of a BnB he is currently fixing up. When the two hit it off, Roman offers to let her stay with him and his best friend Logan at the under-construction BnB.

I'm not a fan of insta-lust/love, however, when the plot is the sex, I can get on board! This was super fast-paced and the insta-lust just worked with the story and romance. Roman and Logan were absolutely smitten from the beginning and determined to cater to all of Ava's needs and wants; I loved how the three of them came together. I especially appreciated the communication and how on board the three of them were at making things work after they got their sh*t together. Overall, Three Hearts Hideway is a sweet, steamy, and simple read that is full of cute and cozy moments.

Thank you to the publisher for the eArc.

I saw the cover and premise for this book one day on Instagram and knew I needed to read it and I’m glad to say I enjoyed it (enough that I finished it in one night)!

This was such a fun poly romance with writing that actually made me connect to the characters and root for them. There were some really sweet moments and the sex-positivity was amazing to see.

While I liked it there were some moments where the writing started to get quite repetitive, with it feeling like I read the same sentence multiple times in paragraphs one after the other. There could have also been a bit more relationship development done to make the chemistry/relationship a bit more grounded.

Overall, a great read to get over a reading slump and I’m glad I was able to get the chance to read an Arc of this. I will definitely be keeping an eye out for this authors next works.

Honestly it was the cover that drew me in! I mean come on it is sooo beautiful. And I am so glad this story ended up being just as beautiful as the cover! It was a fun small town romance with a why choose trope and I ate it up! It was very spicy, but also heartwarming and just overall soo romantic and passionate. They all love and protect each other so much and that is just so special and wonderful to read about!

Three Hearts Hideaway was actually a cover pick for me, because honestly how could anyone go past a cover like that... But I was surprised when I realised that this book is actually right up my alley - a why choose MFM small town romance!

This is a spicy standalone by a debut author, and I was so impressed with it. I loved the setting of Little Greenfield and loved Roman and Logan. This book is definitely instalove, but it doesn't feel overly rushed or cheesy. It explores kinks in its many romance scenes, and it endorses the idea of sexual empowerment.

I really enjoyed Three Hearts Hideaway and would very happily recommend this for anyone keen for a why choose spicy standalone romance. I also 100% intend on finding myself a physical copy of this once released, because I need that cover in my life!

Big thank you to the author and Netgalley for the eARC.

Ok ok... Wow, I thoroughly enjoyed this book. THE SPICE was spicing that's forsure. Kind of hot credence vibes from this book, minus the family relation lol. But this book was absolutely amazing. Loved the main character Ava and I mean, come on... Those two boys? How could you not love them. They made Ava feel so comfortable with her sexuality and I loved that for her. Everyone needs someone (or two someone's) to make them feel like that.

Three Hearts Hideaway was a solid debut form Luna Day. The premise and cover drew me in right away, but I think ultimately it fell a little flat for me. Fast burn, instalove novellas make up a good majority of what I read, so going in, I knew what I was expecting. However, there were a few elements that ripped me out of the story and felt a little whiplash-y while reading.

Roman and Logan are a great pairing. I think their opposite personalities work well for an MFM situation. And, Ava was a pretty loveable FMC. The three of them worked well together, and I enjoyed their relationship progression. I'm pretty picky when it comes to kink in books, meaning that I will not settle for mediocre or lacking discussions of boundaries, consent and safe words. And I did not feel like those were present enough in this book. At times, the book seemed to contradict itself. There was a line about Roman and Logan sharing back when they were younger, but then made it seem like a threesome was a wildly new experience for them. Understandable when it comes to more than an one-night situation, but it seemed like a new world completely.

There are a few more little things that really just didn't sit right with me, but I don't know if I'm just being too picky. Definitely check the triggers before going into this, as there is some very triggering content in regards to toxic past relationships.

Overall, I think that this book has a really strong foundation and will go over well with the majority of MFM readers. I loved the Canadian setting and the dynamics of the relationship. This was a hot, quick read. I look forward to seeing how this author continues in her writing journey.

I am OBSESSED! I love Ava, Roman, & Logan. I love the relationship that they built and how much love and protect each other. Sebastian... Yuck! Am I right???

Three Hearts Hideaway is spicy spicy spicy! You’re going to need a couple glasses of milk to cool down after this one. Luna did such an amazing job at telling Ava’s story. You could feel all the emotion in every single word. The hurt. The love. The excitement. It was like you are seeing it happen in real life.
