A beginner's introduction to geography and trivia about the countries, wildlife, and buildings on each continent as viewed through a Christian lens, including some Biblical stories.
The illustrations by Nicola Anderson and Lynsey Wilson are fun, simple, colorful, and delightful.
Well suited for reading WITH someone of any age including ESL, and great for gifting to anyone.
I requested and received a free temporary e-book on Adobe Digital Editions from Thomas Nelson: CHILDREN'S, Thomas Nelson via NetGalley. Thank you!

Wow. What a cool book. We have been reading Louie’s devotional for years and this is beyond what I could have imagined. Seeing God around the world and learning so much was just perfect. My son loves maps and so this one really engaged him. This will be one we add to our physical shelf to read over and over!

Full of beautifully illustrated maps, Indescribable Atlas Adventures takes readers on a journey around the world. Readers will learn about various countries and their languages, history, foods, religions, geography, animals, among other things. Also featured are Biblical stories related to various topics covered and tips on how to discover God's creation. This book would be a great addition to a home library and would be informational to the whole family.

I received a sample eARC of this book from the publisher via NetGalley. All opinions expressed in this review are my own.

A big thank you to NetGalley and Thomas Nelson: Children's publishing for an advanced read copy of this book!

Indescribable Atlas Adventures is a one-of-kind educational books tucked with bits of biblical truth from Louie Giglio. Our family has read through Louie Giglio's other children's devotional books and my 3rd grade son loved exploring this atlas with me.

Each page contains a continent or country and is jam packed with fun facts that include: capitals, important landmarks, native animals, famous people to the nation, flags, languages, and other fun facts! On each page you will also find biblical truths aligning with scripture pertaining to one or some of the facts. Louie Giglio once again does a great job of conveying just how much God has woven Himself and his Truth into both the big and little details of the world and His creation.

Our family is looking forward to purchasing a hard copy of this very unique atlas!

A brief look at the parts of the world. Colorful pictures and lots of text about everything from landmarks to native animals.

This would be best for young children who have an adult guide who can help them focus or guide them to additional texts.

Thank you NetGalley for the ARC. I will purchase for my library.

This Atlas is packed full of information about various countries in the world. Kids will love exploring all sorts of facts and the illustrations are inviting as well. This would be a wonderful book for kids who love to learn about geography and cultures. Lots of colors fill the pages and I will definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to be in awe of God and His creation of planet earth.

Thank you netgalley for the ARC in return for my honest review.

What a fun look at the world learning different facts about different countries and continents. Got to learn about different people from some of the countries who have followed Jesus and been a part of His kingdom work over the years. My kids have enjoyed it.

Indescribable Atlas Adventure is another winner from Louie Giglio. We own all of the other Indescribable books and love and use them regularly., and this one continues to captivate our family, and open us up to very powerful conversations with our kids, that they wouldn’t be interested in having without this book.

Love this atlas and all the information it has. The illustrations are fun and engaging and my daughter was looking at it over my shoulder. I really liked how books like these have so much information in them about different places around the world.

Thanks NetGalley for this ARC!

Our family has enjoyed several of Louie Giglio's devotional books for kids. His kids devotional books provide short devotionals based on Scripture, and you can certainly dive deeper if you choose. I assumed correctly that this book would be similar in his typical style - short truths with beautiful illustrations to engage children. I found the illustrations beautiful and enjoyed the nuggets of information about places, culture, landforms, food, animals, and more - all while pointing to God who created it all! I look forward to purchasing this book for my kids (and me!) to be able to flip through and enjoy once it's published.

Thank you to NetGalley, Thomas Nelson, and Louie Giglio for access to this eARC in exchange for my honest review.

An OK geography book for young readers, stuffed full of brightly color infographics and factoids, nothing too in depth.

A journey through the world with different animals, words, landforms, etc. I liked the images and overall idea here, but I was not expecting it to be so tied to Christianity. I wish the title had something to indicate this or that Pastor Louie's title was in the byline.

So it was definitely my fault that I didn’t read the fine print on this book to see that it was a Christian book about our world. So if you’re looking to supplement your nontheistic home school curriculum (like our family) this is not the book you’re looking for you. If would definitely be a good supplement for a Christian based homeschool program to supplement your geography lesson.
Lots of facts about the countries, wildlife and buildings on each continent.

I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Another excellent book by Pastor Louie!! Our family has enjoyed the other books in the Indescribable Kids series, and this will be great addition to our collection. The illustrations are so colorful, and the book is filled with all kinds of fun facts about the selected locations. This book is perfect for a child who is learning about geography and enjoys trivia. The facts about religion and verses are mixed in seamlessly.

Thank you NetGalley and Tommy Nelson for the advanced copy. All opinions are my own.
