A great read to visit time and time again for quick motivation and words of wisdom. I do however think reading this type of book consecutively for days until finished would be hard to stay interested.

Thank you netgalley for the ARC in exchange for my honest oppinion

The Owner's Manual to Life is a self-help guide that offers 100 simple and practical tips to help you worry less and enjoy life more. The author, Michael Zajaczkowski, shares his personal experiences and insights on how to deal with various challenges and opportunities that life presents. He covers topics such as confidence, resentment, anger, boundaries, setbacks, difficult people, choices, and gratitude. He also provides exercises and questions to help you apply the strategies to your own life.

I enjoyed listening to this audiobook because it was easy to follow, engaging, and inspiring. The narrator, Michael Zajaczkowski himself, has a warm and friendly voice that makes you feel like he is talking to you personally. He uses humor, anecdotes, and examples to illustrate his points and make them relatable. He also speaks with passion and sincerity, showing that he cares about his listeners and wants them to benefit from his advice.

This audiobook is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their quality of life and happiness. It is not a one-size-fits-all solution, but rather a collection of suggestions that you can choose from and adapt to your own situation. It is not a preachy or judgmental book, but rather a supportive and encouraging one. It is not a boring or repetitive book, but rather a refreshing and original one.

I would recommend this audiobook to anyone who is looking for a simple and effective way to reduce stress and anxiety, and to discover the peace and joy that are available to them. The Owner's Manual to Life is a valuable and enjoyable resource that can help you live a kinder and gentler life.

I loved it, and I am purchasing a hard copy or digital version for easy and quick reference and reminders of how to live a simpler and happier life!

I really loved this little book, "The Owner's Manual to Life: In Case you Missed That Day in School When They Handed It Out" by Michael Zajaczkowski. It is 101 quotations of good advice, each one followed by a few minutes of explanation. The author is also the narrator of the audiobook and he does a good job with this. The main ideas of the quotes are about changing your mindset and helping others.

A few of my favorite quotes are as follows:

*"The most spiritual thing you can do is to help someone."

*"Don't let what you can't do keep you from what you can do." ~John Wooden

*"Happiness is:
Someone to love,
Something to do, and something to look forward to. " ~Rita May Brown

*"If you don't succeed at first, you are perfectly normal."

I enjoyed the inspiration and wisdom of these quotations.

Thanks to Netgalley, High Bridge Audio, and author Michael Zajaczkowski for providing this as audiobook in exchange for my honest review.

This book lives up to its name and is filled with all the little tidbits we need to know, but might have never learned. They are things to know for a better life and even if they aren’t new ideas, they are a great confirmation of what we have already learned. It probably isn’t something you will want to consume all in one sitting, but spread out over time to pause, consider, and apply.

Huge thank you to NetGalley and RB Media the opportunity to read this audiobook!
