Not my favorite from her, but I will absolutely continue the series because I love Elise Silver! I wish I cared more about these characters, but they felt SO flat to me. :(

I love a friends-to-lovers trope - especially when the man has been deeply, deeply in love with the FMC like Ford is. This was such a lovely return to the world that Elsie Silver has created. Must add to any TBR.

Thank you for this ARC in exchange for an honest review! I am working through my backlog, and will be momentarily posting reviews for the stories I have yet to get posted but have finished reading.

Not the level of excellence I typically expect from Elsie Silver. The third act conflict wasn't strong enough and the romance itself felt very sex forward rather than focusing on the relationship development. I did appreciate the unconventional journey to parenthood here though.

Ford Grant is a billionaire, he has just returned to Rose Hill and is in the process of starting his own record label. When a knock on his door reveals a daughter he didn't know he had, Ford's world is flipped upside down.
Rosie Belmont, recently fired, has returned to Rose Hill and is living with her brother. Rosie's brother and Ford have been friends since high school. When Ford offers Rosie a job,the two must learn to set aside their past and work together. As they work together, the lines being to blur and feelings develop.
I really enjoyed Elsie Silver's other books, but this one fell short for me. Ford was a great main character, and I enjoyed seeing him become a dad and embracing everything that came with it. I never really connected with Rosie and I think she may have need a little more developing to be likable. There were parts of the book that I loved, and parts that I had to force myself read just to get through. Overall, this book was not my favorite but I do look forward to the next book that this author will write.

I love this author. I have read a lot by this author and have loved every book I have come across. I was sucked into this book from the first page and wished I had more story to read.

Elsie Silver has been one of my absolute favorite authors this year and it's been a true delight watching her grow. I've been recommending her to everyone - no one does cowboy romance quite like her and I was so excited to pick up this arc, because I couldn't wait to finish up this series. Her books feel realistic in the best possible ways. Her heroines feel real, and like people you would know, but there's still so much romance. I can't wait to see what she writes next.

Elsie Silver has quickly become one of my go-to authors for romance. This is the first in a new series and I loved it. Ford and Rosie are everything!

Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for an eARC.

Elsie Silver simply does not mess. If you think all you’re getting is a spicy cowboy romance, You’re wrong!

She delivers knockout dialogue, and emotional character development, and best friend’s sister trope drama!

Okay this "single dad" romance was SO FUN.

It was absolutely, hands down the most unique take on the single dad trope that I have ever read!

Ford Grant is a billionaire who has worked his butt off to be where he is. Even though he came from money, his dad made sure he didn't take any of it for granted. With a passion for music, Ford finds himself starting his own record company... to add to the fun, the only woman he's ever loved needs his help, as well as a little girl he had no idea existed.

Rosie is at a huge pivotal moment in her life. With a failed job and love life, she finds herself back in Rose Hill-- indefinitely. And being the person she is, she demands that Ford hire her 🤭😈

Rosie and Ford were so fire hot, I was completely obsessed. Ford has always harboured feelings for Rosie, but always thought she was out of reach. I love all the ways he SHOWED her without telling her. The key, the dock, the journal. 🥹🥹🥹 He may have been s billionaire, but he was all golden retriever and I was here for all of it.

I absolutely loved the friendship between Ford and West. They are a true bromance, ride or die friendship. I love how supportive West was.

And CORA. Guysssss. I loved this storyline so much. 🥹

Elsie just reminds me of being back in Tennessee on a fall day in a hammock no problems no cares. If I could bottle that feeling up I'd call it an E.S book for sure

This was my first Elsie Silver book. I really loved it. It was so funny, sweet, the spice was great. Just a really well rounded read that felt easy and uplifting. I will definitely be reading more.

I love Elsie Silver and Wild Love was no exception. This was a perfect interpretation of brother's best friend! Can't wait for book two.

Elsie silver is one of my favourite authors of all time! So when I found out she was writing another single dad romance, her first one being my favourite she’s written, I was thrilled. This was nothing short of the romances I absolutely adore and love to read. Seeing Willa again brought so much joy to me, as did the main romance within the story. I’m so excited to see what comes next.

Rosie, the protagonist of this story, returns to her small hometown after years of living in the big city. There, she encounters her childhood crush, Ford Grant, who has become a highly successful businessman. Despite the growing tension, both are dealing with significant personal issues. Will they be able to make it work?

This story felt like a blend of Fifty Shades with a touch of small-town charm.

After hearing so much about Elsie Silver, I was excited to read this as my introduction to her work. However, after finishing the book and discussing it with her fans, I wouldn't recommend it as a first read for new readers. I wanted more plot and was particularly drawn to the subplot involving Ford and his daughter, which I wished had been more prominent than the dynamic with Rosie. While I have been convinced to explore more of Elsie Silver's books, this one was different from my taste.

This was my first Elsie Silver book, it definitely took me a while to get around to it. However, all my colleagues insisted I read it. I was honestly a little dissapointed with it, took a while for the romance to blossom. Ford was after Rosie for so long, for decades and yet he hasnt seen her for so long. I dont know about you but if I was that crazy about someone I would do something about it. THe whole romance bit felt a little forced for me it was not as natural as I would have liked it to be. The will they wont they lasted a while. and the tropes of small town, dad billionaire wasnt really my thing. Not my favourite read but still liked the style of writing might just be a more personal preference !

As someone who ATE UP the Chestnut Springs series (and more importantly Heartless was one of my faves of the series), I was SO hyped for Wild Love - a single dad, small town romance, and billionaire romance? Sign me up! Overall, I really, really enjoyed this book. It had enough of the vibes of the Chestnut Springs series without being too similar to it - and it served as a great starter to this new series. Ford and Rosie were pretty darn cute together - I loved their banter and chemistry. My only gripe was that there were a few points that felt a little too trope-y, but I'm willing to chalk that up to the series finding its rhythm.
