A fine book. It's been sitting on my shelf here on Netgalley for 12 years now (apparently sent to me in 2013? I don't think I ever got it though). the site keeps asking me for a review, but again it's been 12 years and the book was published a decade ago.

I'm surprised to see this on my shelf now - when I downloaded it nearly 2 years ago, it disappeared from my Nook and shelf shortly after and I assumed the publisher had withdrawn the book.
