This book is visually absolutely stunning. I adore the illustrations and had to read this twice because on the first read that I was too engrossed in the pictures to read the text. I liked that this book wasn't too text heavy and that the text was split into short sentences as opposed to a longer paragraph which made it more inviting to read. The facts were interesting and I liked how well organized the information was.

Overall this was a great book and as a kid I would have loved to have this on my bookshelf!

Everyone loves Dinosaurs and will help you identify your favorite dinosaur. This book is super fun and colorful and tells you little facts about each dinosaur. Easy read for children and adults.

I've got two boys (4 and 6) who love reading about DINOSAURS. So, obviously, this book was perfect for our family.

First of all, what a gorgeous and eye-catching cover, as well as the artwork inside. I would snatch this one off the shelf without hesitating. The information inside is fascinating and not exactly the same as all the other dinosaur books out there for kids. I would absolutely add this to our collection.

I received an ARC from NetGalley in exchange for my honest review.

Thanks to Netgalley and Fox Chapel Publishing for the ARC of this!

Interesting and informative! This was easy for my kids to follow, containing both familiar dinosaurs and ones I had never heard of. It covered a lot of different aspects of dinosaurs including; how are fossils made, found, and learned from, what dinosaurs were like in looks, eating habits, parenting, and when dinosaurs lived and how they went extinct.

Gorgeous illustrations drive this informational text that is filled with interesting facts to go along with the rich detail in the illustrations. Dino kids are going to go crazy for this book! I am so excited to add it to my school library!

Thank you to NetGalley, Happy Fox Books and Fox Chapel Publishing for the eARC!

A non-scholarly well illustrated book about the many dinosaurs with their sizes, habitats, diets and more. The last sections show simple explanations about how and why they became fossils and how they were found. Well done!
The illustrations by Vicky Barker are fun, simple, brilliantly colorful, and instructive.
Well suited for reading WITH someone of any age including ESL, and great for gifting to anyone, but especially to a school or your local public library!
I requested and received a free temporary e-book on Adobe Digital Editions from Fox Chapel Publishing/Happy Fox Books via NetGalley. Thank you!

Condensed timeline fast facts for young readers from when and where they lived to how and ending with demise and fossilisation.

Plenty of dinosaurs referenced backed with good illustrations. Key words in bold.

Not too much facts but enough for curious minds thirst to be quenched to move on to the more detailed literature.

Lost a star on the review as had dinosaur words reference at the end but not a use pronunciation for dinosaur names.

My five year old lives for dinosaur books and we have a large collection. I think this is one of the better options with great illustrations, great facts and an appropriate amount of info for preschool/early elementary. I think the info could also translate well to older elementary kids reading on their own. I read this multiple times with my son and he REALLY enjoyed it. He also looked at it multiple times on his own.

This was such a fantastic new book on dinosaurs for kiddos. I work at a factory that makes animatronic dinosaurs, and it was so exciting to see research that was up to date AND easy to understand.

The illustrations were gorgeous and brought the dinos to life in a fantastic way. I will definitely be recommending this to families with young dino lovers.

Dinosaurs! Dinosaurs! Dinosaurs! by Susan Martineau is such a fun book for children to learn about dinosaurs. This was special to me as I grew up in the "Jurassic Park" era. I like these books, because while they're educational for children, I feel like you can learn something new as an adult too! I also got an advance copy of her book Sharks! Sharks! Sharks! Which was similar. Both are great! Wonderful illustrations too! I recommend any of Martineau's similar books for children!

This book is a must read for any children interested in dinosaurs. With vibrant illustrations combined with easy to comprehend educational descriptions, this book will keep children and adults entertained. I had no idea there were dinosaurs with feathers before reading this!

I was really excited for this book because I like dinosaurs, but I have mixed feelings about this picture books. It's not a bad book about dinosaurs, no, I just feel like its structure was a bit all over the place.

There is so much happening on each page but at the same time information wise I felt like there wasn't enough. I feel like the focus was too much on showing as many types of dinosaurs in fewer pages rather than focus on building an environment that made the dinosaurs shine while info dumping too?

I knew all of this information from the dinosaur book I had when I was a kid (except for the feather part - that I learnt from a documentary years later) which just shows how good that book was if the info stayed with me for so many decades. If this was my first dinosaurs book... then I am not sure the info would still be in my brain right now.

This was so adorable! It contained lots of facts but didnt feel like an overload if information. Very easy to understand and follow. Lots of infomation about dinosaur species and specs such as height and weight. Loves that it also contains fun illustrations and I loved all the new information that I learned. Will be gifting this to my baby cousin as I am sure he will love it.

Thank you Netgalley for the ARC!

Are you a dinosaur fan? Do you enjoy learning about the many different types of dinosaurs? I never knew some of these dinosaurs existed until reading about them in the book. Susan Martineau did a wonderful job writing this book about dinosaurs. She has shared a lot of facts and kept it very interesting.

This book is created for children, however, adults who love dinosaurs would enjoy reading this book. Vicky Barker did an amazing job with the illustrations, they hold a lot of details which is perfect for children!

This is a very cute book about everything dinosaur. Dinosaurs are very popular with kids. This book is aiming at younger kids (ages 6 and up) and is full of fun facts about dinosaurs and lots of cute, engaging pictures. I especially loved the dinosaur vocabulary at the end.

Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for this ARC in exchange for my honest review.

Jumping into a very crowded market comes this dinosaur book, which successfully shows us both some of the basic biology of the things and some of the more notable examples of them. We get the difference between the herbivorous ones and the carnivores, their eggs and suchlike, and the equivalent beasties in the skies and the seas, before wrapping things up with their extinction and what we see (and how) when we go fossil hunting. There are even younger-pitched dino-books out there, so this is not a "my first…" book, but will certainly only be of use to primary school ages, principally the infants. I dare say many such school libraries will have a relevant book on the subject already, then, but when that needs replacing I found no reason to dismiss this heavily pictorial, light-on-text science book. A strong four stars.
