This book is definitely worth time invested in reading. The topics uncovered has a lot of useful information on management and leadership in a condensed format with great tips and action plans. There are exercises included and great recommendations. I have enjoyed the challenges and resilience parts because leadership is a constantly changing substance because it is very much impacted from internal and external components. It is very important to be agile in today's world, stay up to date with the trends and technology, be optimistic about strategy and flexible with action plan.

A thorough and easy to read guide to becoming a better leader. There are tips, questions and topics for reflection throughout making it perfect for reading on a commute. I found it challenged some of my assumptions and helped me be more person-centred rather than service-led. Highly recommended for anyone who feels they might just be able to do a bit better and be more popular with their team!

Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for a DRC in exchange for my honest opinion.

This is an all around great book. It's easy to read and the suggestions are easy to implement. This book covers less theory and more practicality. If you are a leader or desire to be one, I highly recommend this book.

This book talks about leadership skills and how to be a good leader. Looking at the view from Work.

I really like this book because it’s brief it section gives examples that you the reader can relate to, there are also part of the book where the reader can do some work and take part in some of the sessions are listed in the book. I recommend this book for someone who wants to develop themselves and who doesn’t want to be at the bottom of the food chain within work, whether it’s corporate or personal or professional.

As someone who holds a PhD in leadership, I really enjoyed this book. I love how the author prefaced the book by suggesting that it would give the reader the opportunity to create their own "leadership DNA". This really resonated with me, because as leadership theories evolve and change, so must leaders.
