The book definitely lives up to its name. There are a LOT of recipes in here that I’m dying to try. And the book does live up to its billing. I haven’t seen a recipe in here that would require me to go to more than one store to find. Yes, you may have to become a bit more familiar with your shopping center, but the results are going to be worth it.

Some of the ones I *REALLY* want to try include ‘Sunflower Mac’ - page 116, Tofu-Mushroom Stroganoff - page 130, Seitan & Wild Mushroom Stew – Page 146.

The list goes on. From appetizers and salads, main dishes, desserts, you’re going to find many delicious options that your family will enjoy, vegan or not. This is also a great book for those attempting to move to a vegan lifestyle as the recipes are well defined, simple to make, nutritious, and easy to modify should you need to. Ms. Moskowitz also offers modifying options on many of the recipes, too.

Whether you want to cook for yourself, or for a family member who is vegetarian/vegan, I strongly encourage you to try this book. Heck, even if you just want to try something different, this book contains a lot of recipes that will become your go-to for flavor and easy preparation.
