Thank you to NetGalley for a copy of this book. I love a good motorcycle club romance. I did enjoy reading this book I think the storyline was good. Slade and Cassie 2nd chance made me want to keep on reading because I was rooting for them to be endgame. Especially when her ex-boyfriend Ryan showed back up in the story. Did I smile when he got shot and died yes because dude was a jerk to put it lightly. Over all I enjoyed reading it but I don’t think I’ll continue with the series but I’m glad to have a book by a new author to me. I do wish there were more to the MC with the other bikers but was still good.

I actually really liked this book. The romance that was portrayed between the two main characters was beautifully written. The auth did an amazing job conveying the love-hate relationship between the main characters. She tropes that should be mindful of before reading. Best friends sister, enemies to lovers, bad boy-goodgirl, and biker gang. Please read the book for more. I Dont want to spoil it but spiciness is there people go get your copy now!

While the spice of this book was pretty good, the plot just felt like it had too many holes for me. The characters did not have chemistry. The love triangle was weird and felt forced.

While it was an easy read, I often found myself bored.

Loved It

This author was throwing so much steam and suspense at me that I couldn’t put this book down. You should read the quick Savage Blood MC: The Beginning to get the whole jest of this series so you don’t miss a thing.

With Slade now out of prison to help protect his best friend and club prez’s sister, Cassie, he is finally getting the chance to claim the only woman he has ever loved. He messed up the first time but he won’t let that happen again. Cassie is a spitfire in her own right and doesn’t want to be pushed around and she’s struggling with her idea of the club and the ex who now wants her back all while her life is on the line.

There are unanswered questions yet so I can’t wait for the next book to arrive. This new author has made me a follower.

If you are looking for a steamy book right out of the gate then this is a good one. However, the plot was not it for me and for that I did not enjoy it. This was an easy read for sure, but found myself getting bored.

A new MC series and one I thoroughly enjoyed. As VP of the Savage Bloods, Slade is released from prison and is charged with protecting Cassie, sister of his president and best friend. Their attraction to each is off the charts. This story was full of romance and suspense - just the way I like and I can’t wait to read the next in the series. This was the first book I have read from the author and it won’t be the last.

A good story that has a lot going on. It opens with “Slade” being released from prison after seven years and was given a full pardon. He is still confused about that but along the way, he begins to find out why. He also finds out that the woman he loves and still loves is in danger. “Cassie” or Cassandra fell in love with Slade or Steven his real name only to have him ripped from him because of the club that her oldest brother is the president of. She has also lost her twin brother. The three guys were in the military together and the club was formed after. Now Cassey cannot believe Steven is back, especially after breaking up with her boyfriend who had been lying to her for years, and now he has also been given the task of guarding her. They have a past that needs to be settled and will they even have a future? This story takes many different unexpected turns along the way and has many different parts to it. I did like the characters and overall I liked the story it was just a story that was full of action all kinds of action, some will like this and others won’t. I liked it.

I was hoping to love this read... but sadly I didn't. I enjoy a good MC dark romance.. this was not. It was a weird love triangle that left .e frustrated

Well, I wanted to love it but ... The blurb got me, I was super ready to read this super intriguing story that has a long back story. Nope, this was not it. It almost seemed like 2 different stories with the same characters. The plot holes were left unanswered and I assume that is on purpose for the future books. I will say there was an edition error at 2%, "A Dodge Ram F-150" that can't happen. I am female and even I caught that.
This was just not a story for me.

Savage Passion really caught me by surprise. I was unsure how well I would like this book due to never reading a romance set with a biker club before. Boy was I wrong, there was a good plot and some twist and turns that shocked me. I did get a bit aggravated with the FMC Cassie and how she was this fiery spark with her brother and Slade but not with Ryan but as I got more into the book I realized why. By the time I realized I was at the end of the book I was wanting more. The end did leave us at a cliffhanger but it really does a great job of settling up a sequel that I am excited to read.

I will start of by saying I thoroughly enjoyed reading savage passion. It had everything I liked in a MC romance. The plot line for this book was very well written. Great story line with the main characters. I will say I'm not really a fan of cliffhangers, so that was a star deducted. Towards the end of the book it felt like everything was wrapping up nicely and the main characters were finally going to get their happy ending and then it just threw me off about her twin brother may or may not be alive with the cartel.

This story was fantastic!! Highly recommend reading. To me was an emotional story with such a good storyline. Definitely a must read.

2⭐️ the plot kept me hooked enough to want to get to the end, but this was a mess.

So many HUGE questions are not answered. Why was Slade in prison? Why was he supposed innocent? How did Cassie’s twin die? Plot points that make up both MCs character arcs, and their angst for each other, is never answered. On top of that, Cassie’s heartbreak from Slade is weak.

Timelines didn’t make sense. All the guys in the club were grossly incompetent and just seamed like over testosteroned goons looking to wave their guns around. Cassie was ridiculously immature and flippant. I’m having a hard time rooting for anyone in this novel.

Like I said, the plot kept me hooked just enough to finish this… but I’m kinda bummed. This was not fun. Sorry =|

The storyline are fast paced and steamy. Definitely, my cup of tea.
I'll definitely need to read Hothead's story next by Ember Sparks.

Well, I tried to get into this story. I made it till 34% and decided to not finish the story. I wasn’t invested enough to even skip to the end to see how the story ends. I wanted to like this one, but I couldn’t connect with Cassie or Slade sadly.

I don’t like getting tricked into love triangle stories. The blurb got me interested but a big chunk of the plot revolved around another woman and another man. I DNFd at the halfway point.

I received a copy of this book to review. I typically love a good MC romance. I didn’t hate the book, however there was a bit of confusion and though it ties up towards the end, it does tend to go all over the place and not in a good way. I would like to see if a relationship forms in a next book between the MFC’s brother and best friend .
