This was such a cute book! I was excited to read it with my daughter at bedtime. The chapters were the perfect length and the storyline was engaging. My daughter loved it and asked to read every night. We will definitely be reading more books by this author!

The Kitten Next Door is part of Holly Webb's Pet Rescue Adventures Series. Sophia loves her best friends two cats but wishes she had one of her own. Her parents think her and her little sister are still a little too young for a pet of their own. Sophia spots a kitten in her neighbors yard and hears her being called "Willow". She forms a bond with "the kitten next door" when suddenly the neighbors move and the kitten is left behind. Storms and fireworks have poor Willow cold, hungry and terrified but thanks to Sophia and her family she ends up with a loving family. This is such a heartwarming story.

Thank you Holly Webb, Tiger Tales, and Netgalley for this ARC.

This is the perfect chapter book for littles. The story is engaging and easy to follow. We read it for our bedtime book this week and I loved that it has chapters so we could read one each night. Will purchase more books from this author.

I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

I got hilariously invested in this cute little story. A little girl with a loving family who desperately wants a cat, an adorable kitten without a home who's already been let down by the people in her life, and the danger of approaching weather and fireworks -- I really wanted this happily ever after.
The family was so nice, and they recognized that this kitten had been through enough. Thanks to NetGalley for letting me read this sweet book

Who doesn’t love a story with a kitten! All kids love kittens! Cute story. A little long for the age group I felt, but a perfect story to be read with a parent before bed for the younger readers.
