Unfortunately, I did not read this book before it became unavailable to me. As my reading tastes have changed since requesting a copy, I am not sure it would still be a good fit.

I am really getting over love triangles. I think that's the biggest issue that I had with this book. Especially because these two guys were such opposites. Like girl, please decide what you want first and then make a play for the boys. I will say that the author did a fantastic job of making us really feel Ashley's pain. However, and this is probably the fundie upbringing but the religious overtones were too much for me. And honestly probably contributed to the other various struggles I had with this book. I have to give it 3 stars because I think other people might find this enjoyable but between the love triangle and the whole church/pastor thing. I just didn't enjoy it in the way I was expecting.

I had higher hopes for this novel after reading the synopsis, but unfortunately could not connect with this couple.

I requested this book ten years ago, and am no longer interested in reading. Thank you for the opportunity.

This is a wonderful book exploring grief and letting go. It touched my heart and I really enjoyed the voice of Ashley the protagonist.

I have started and restarted this novel a dozen times - that's not even an exaggeration - but I have never gotten past 25% of this novel. As such, I am giving up. For now, this will be a DNF.

I am a fan of Leigh's books but I couldn't finish this one for some reason. I will try again with her next book as I have enjoyed her books in the past.
