Ths is a cracker of a thriller, really well written and full of suprises. It reminded me of Freida McFadden's work, another amazing author. I will defintely read more of Joanne's work in future.

I loved all the books I have previously read by Joanne Ryan and this one was no different with its amazing twists and turns.

Lena's 11 year relationship has come to an end, and she moves to Mandalay Close.
When she moves in, her neighbours receive poison pen letters, and her immediate neighbour takes an instant dislike to her, and makes her life a misery. Until he disappears.

Oh, Boy!! I was instantly hooked when I started this book. There were twists and turns and unexpected occurences. The reveal was a total surprise!

I seriously could not put this book down.

I think readers of Freida McFadden, Daniel Hurst, Miranda Rijks and Valerie Keogh would enjoy this book very much.

Thanks to Netgalley and Boldwood Books for the opportunity to read this book.

Thank you NetGalley and the publisher for sending me a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. This book. Where do I start? It was unhinged in a good way from the first chapter. I had zero clue who did it? I mean I thought I did so many times but I was wrong so wrong !!! I can usually figure these things out fast. But this one kept me guessing. Make a bowl of popcorn and settle in for the night with this book. I read this one very fast. I just had to know how it ends. A five star thriller for me.

This author can do no wrong with me and i think this is her best so far.
A fabulous tangle of tales within a neighbourhood none of them without there flaws.
As always well written characters which i could so easily visualise in my head.
A well thought out plot with plenty of edge of your seat moments.
Please keep them coming Joanne Ryan.
My thanks to netgalley and the publisher for my early copy.

Lena moves into a neighborhood where everyone has secrets. Shortly after she arrives, a number of neighbors get notes threatening to expose their secrets. Because she never received a letter, she is looked at as being the perpetrator. And then when there is a murder on the block, she is taken in.

Fun! Fast paced! Plot driven. Easy read! Will be checking out other books by this author!

Lena just moved to Mandalay Close. She needed a new start, since her boyfriend cheated her out of the home and happy-ever-after she’d believed they were always going to share. But on the day Lena moves in, letters begin to arrive for all her new neighbours. Letters that promise to expose everyone’s deepest, darkest secrets. Every house has received one - except for Lena’s. Someone clearly wants to implicate her, to ruin her new life and turn everyone against her. She’s made an enemy, but who, and why? Everyone seems so nice, so trustworthy. So normal. Except for one. And as bad things begin to happen and her life rapidly spins out of control, Lena finds herself cursing the day she moved to Mandalay Close. She can’t believe this is happening to her, because she’s not a bad person, is she? Even though she does have secrets of her own, secrets that she’s not willing to share with anyone…
